Great inexpensive action camera
I purchased this camera right before a vacation to Costa Rica and we used it on zip lining and snorkeling. Battery life could be a bit better, but it did come with 2 batteries so that helps. The phone app works well for determining where the camera is pointed while it's on a helmet cam. Wrist strap remote was helpful, but I had to have someone verify when it was actually recording because I couldn't tell when it was on my helmet. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and can definitely recommend it, especially for the price.

So far so good, I received the camera a day before my trip so I didn't have a lot of time to learn how to use it / set-up the modes, but it was easy to learn. I mounted it on my SxS using the supplied hardware and it worked perfectly. One word of advise is make sure you turn on the "image stabilization" mode because it was not on automatically. After reviewing footage of my first trail ride I realized immediately that I needed to find that setting and turn it on. All of my first days footage is shaky/wavy due to not having it on. Other than that the camera has worked great

Great inexpensive action camera
Works exactly as expected. Granted not all the bells and whistles of a Go Pro, but this packs some punch for the buck.

Great little video and still camera
Very user friendly camera. Had other action cameras that weren't as clear and sharp, and either had convoluted menus or short battery life. Very inexpensive for the quality, both video and stills.

Good, inexpensive action camera
This is the second Akaso camera I've purchased. I've had good luck using these cameras fairly lightly while on vacation. They stood up to hiking, swimming with whale sharks, kayaking and snorkeling. The only problem I experienced was when trying to take the camera to deeper water while scuba diving. The waterproof case couldn't withstand water 10 meters deep. For the price, I don't think there's anything better on the market, as long as your don't plan on deep underwater use. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent value
We wanted an inexpensive action camera and this one had great reviews so we gave it a try. It is very good quality and produces very good videos and stills. We are extremely happy with it.

Great little action cam for the price
I've had this for over 6 months now and have used it half a dozen times or so, mostly on bike rides. It's fairly easy to use and gives good images, the stabilization is pretty good for an inexpensive action cam. It comes with a million parts which are somewhat confusing to learn to use (attachments to various things which attach to each other to hold the camera) but with a little time and patience it's no worry. Want a small, inexpensive action cam? Try this, you won't regret it for the price.

Great inexpensive action camera!
This thing is amazing!!! I like to call it my fauxpro, but it is just as good if not better then my gopro. We dived with it in Jamaica and the diving mode is amazing! The picture is so clear!!! Definitely recommending to friends
