Impressive quality and price
Recently noticed some small bunches of guys popping up in my backyard. Watch ing them relaxed me. I wanted to see more details and realized that a monocular might be very helpful for this. So I bought the unclehu 12×50 monocular. After unpacking, I was very excited. They are small, light and well-made. Easy to use and hold. Much better than I expected. They have a big eyepiece and I believe it's 23mm. Provide sharp and bright images. Then I try to combine my phone and the monocular according to the included instruction. The instruction is very helpful and I quickly learned how to take some pictures without black circles. The equipped tripod is ideal for table use for more stable viewing or shooting.Great item!!!

He let me look though it and see how easy it was t
While at my first 3-D bow tournament I fellow shooter had a monocular and he was excited about it. He let me look though it and see how easy it was to use one handed. I saw this Polaris Explorer 12x50 at a good price so I decided to read about it. I love that it is fog and water proof. What set it apart for me was the advertised lifetime warranty. It was packaged very well. Arrived on time and has exceeded my expectations. I have not got to use it on a 3-D range yet but I look forward to it. It offers crystal clear vision. I have only played with it out to roughly one hundred yards but you may as well have had that leaf right in front of me. I love that I have access to the full range of adjustment. with one hand. I love that it is compact. It will be great for the tree stand. The tripod is well made. it is super small. It looks to me like it is something to be used as a stand for the monocular while at the shooting range so the monocular does not roll around. Not sure, just throwing out another possible use for the tiny tripod may also be helping reduce wear on the monocular by absorbing impact from repeated picking up and putting down of the monocular.Overall you can not beat the quality received for price paid. Very happy.

When you want to see further
I got this monocular, and the first thing I noticed was that it was heavy. It does not feel cheap. It comes with a tripod and phone holder. Those items do look and feel cheap. As a free accessory, I don't expect much as long as they work. Setup was fast, and it fit fine on my Samsung S22 Ultra which has like 4 cameras. The image quality that I saw through the monocular and my phone was sharp and clear. This is a new fun toy to bring with me when I am out and about.

The zoom feature is unique and really works well
I took this monocular on a hike. The first thing I really liked was the case with a belt loop so I didn't have to carry it in my hands. This was a really nice feature. The other great thing is the zoom feature. I've never seen another monocular with it. I would spot deer and birds with it zoomed out, then zoom it to 30x and was amazed by how much closer and better looking the object was. The optics were nice and clear. I didn't use a tripod on my hike, but plan on getting one for this monocular. I can see where it can be a great fit. I would highly recommend this item.

Vortex Optics Solo Monocular 10x36
The Vortex 10X36 Monocular is a great singular optics piece for hiking, sightseeing, shooting, etc. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. I like the ease of bringing a target into clear view, it's a Vortex, known for its ease of use. It is not, nor was it advertised to be, a spotting scope. While you can bring objects at a 100+ yards into focal view, it is shaky unless you mount it on a tripod or some type of stand. The monocular is perfect for the casual hike or outdoor experience and if you're heading to the shooting range to sight in your hunting rifle, purchase its big brother, the Spotting Scope.

The best monocular for the money
I have been shopping for awhile, nearly a year, looking for a great monocular. I found it in the Polaris Explorer 12X50 High Powered Monocular. The clarity at zoom is incredible. Personally I am a little shaky so holding the monocular doesn't make for perfect viewing, however it comes with a small tripod that fits nicely in the included case. It is super easy to set up and I can scan in the distance for wildlife and birds. I am finding this monocular to far exceed others I have tried, definitely a great purchase.

More of a monocular

Three things I like about this monocular are the rubber housing, the bag, and the cleaning cloth. Stars were not possible for me to view due to poor sky conditions. The manual was a little worse than average actually. I had to refer to the Amazon listing for setup, so it was a little inconvenient. Another thing is that "telescope" and "monocular" are quite different things; I feel like they prompt totally different expectations. This is much more of a monocular. I see that the listing says 12x50, while on my unit, 80x100 is printed! The image for the listing says 40x60, so I really don't know which one is right! Screwing in the tripod to the monocular is a bit dicey because of the way it's threaded. I've never seen a tripod base thread that way. I also had trouble getting the tripod to remain stable while holding the weight of my phone. Perhaps I should have tightened the key more, but I did not want to break anything. I did not crop the photos so you could see what the field of view looks like. I used my Moto G6 for this review. Overall, this item performs some of what it says, but don't be misled that it has active night vision, because it doesn't. I think if you keep your focus down on the surface, it can provide you with some long distance views that are very respectable!

Pretty impressive: good optics, solid construction
I should preface by saying this is an initial review based on only preliminary testing, but I am reasonably confident it will remain true. This is a solidly-build monocular with good optics. The performance in dim lighting (but not at night, of course! This is NOT a night vision monocular) is pretty good (by virtue of the large 50mm objective lens), and the 12X magnification is a good level. The shape is easy to hold steady, and the tripod included is better than I would have expected for a freebie. Someone with small hands might find the focusing wheel a slight stretch, but it's comfortable with average-sized or bigger hands. The optics are clear and images are sharp. Colors seem quite true. This seems to be very well designed and well-built, and I'm hopeful it will work well. The size is great for the water bottle pocket on a backpack!I've bought the Ultrapod so I can attach this to my trekking poles (which have no camera mount, sadly). The tripod mount on this monocular is solid. Overall, I'm pretty impressed with this for a (relatively) low-cost monocular. I should also mention that Polaris has been very responsive (I contacted them about something else).
