Great customer service!
My monitor stopped holding a charge after ~6 months, and customer service was VERY quick to respond and help. They sent me a replacement! I like the monitor a lot for being able to see my 2 children.

Notifications aren’t being sent to my iPhone. - Up
Great little cameras. Got this one plus the outdoor one. Everything works EXCEPT I don’t get mention alerts pushed to my iPhone 7. I’ve tried everything and can not figure out how to have the motion alerts sent to my phone. That’s the main reason I bought this because I had seen it work flawlessly for a friend who has the 720p version. But these are not sending me any notifications. If I can find a fix for this then this camera will earn its five stars. Until then... not that happy.UPDATE:Not sure why or how but the notifications started to get pushed. So now Im a happy customer. I also recommend downloading the app for your laptop or pc. There, you can watch all cams at the same time.

Dents and minor scratches on item.
Noticed a dent on one of the leg stand. Seems like being used and was sent back, but in total a good purchase.

First one didn't work, quickly replaced
The first item they sent didn't work, but they sent the replacement right away. I'm happy with it. It sits in front of my laptop so I look like a normal human being during countless virtual meetings. I use the softer white light, as I felt the blue was giving me headaches. Affordable, and will continue to use and recommend.

A Great Product and Great Service.
These Samsung flash drives are the best. They're hardy, come with a long warranty and do the job reliably.The service from Bargain Supplier was excellent with the Samsung flash drive being sent quickly and arriving before estimated delivery time.

Perfect for the city
Sent to my daughter who lives in a busy neighborhood in the city and was being awakened often from street noise. Now she sleeps through the night.

Jamie at customer service saved the day!!
I had an issue with the barrel being stuck locked so I sent an email to Smonet customer service and had the pleaser of working with Jamie. After a couple emails back and forth I was sent a replacement barrel, free of charge and received it fairly quickly. Jamie did a great job and I am thankful for the help he provided.
