Reliable and fast
I had previously purchased the SanDisk 128GB Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive - SDCZ430-128G-G46 , and found that to be tremendously slow.I then purchased three of these and they work like a charm. They're always reliable, exceedingly fast, and still very compact.

Big and Fast
Many schools, including my daughter's, are using Chromebooks. I bought one, too, so I can help my daughter when she needs it; like pressing ctrl-+ zooms into the web page--she liked that one. It cost me about hundred dollars, which made me wonder: whatever happened to the OLPC computers? Thankfully my Chromebook did not come with a yellow crank to power it. It's lacking a bit in the storage, but that's where this product comes in. It's 128 Gigabytes and by default formatted in exfat file system. A quick note here: if a Windows machine can't read it, re-format it in Windows using exfat file system, and it should work on both the Chromebook and the Windows machine.Chromebook can be started in "developer mode" (search the Internet how switch to that mode), and after the OS starts up press Ctrl-Alt-T and a terminal browser page opens up (Chromebook is the hardwware version of Google Chrome web browser.) This is a Linux based terminal screen with all sorts of bells and whistles, for example you can run a bash script, or use vim to edit--please donate to Bram Moolenaar, who does amazing work in Africa, aside from working on the amazing vim editor. You can see the Samsung USB memory device by typing "sudo blkid" without the quotation marks. In my Chromebook it showed the memory device as /dev/sdb1In order to access (read or write) files from and to the Samsung device first create a folder. For example:sudo mkdir /media/myusbThen you can map the USB device to that folder, by typing:sudo mount /dev/sdb1 /media/myusbI can now go to /media/myusb and access any file.To unmount, simply type:sudo umount /media/myusbEnjoy your new Samsung USB memory, as I am!

fast and small
It is a Samsung and no one does NAND like they do. The biggest challenge was being able to see it, so I use brightly color lanyards.

Fast and sleek
Works great and the low profile and sleek look is great. It comes formatted in exfat so you may need to reformat depending on what you plan to use it for.

Fast drive but...
Very fast drive, but it does run hot after a few minutes. large file transfers will throttle down.

Blazing fast
My computer is about 5 years old and was still working well, but I was unhappy with its slow boot and shutdown times. I'd eliminated as many startup apps as I could but I would turn it on in the morning and go make my breakfast while it booted. So I ordered the Sandisk 1 TB SSD, cloned my HDD to the SSD and made the SSD my boot drive. I expected it to be fast and continue to be amazed that my computer now boots in 10-15 seconds. Shutdown has been improved too.
