Nice camera/ bad audio
Camera is pretty easy to use but it’s audio is terrible. Barely picks up anything. Batteries aren’t good either.

Good sound, picks up audio subtleties
It's a good, inexpensive headset. Nothing particularly spectacular, but it works very well for when I want to listen to a youtube video to get the subtleties of the sound.My option was to listen with open speakers or this headset. This is a better way to focus on what I'm hearing.

Surprisingly great quality
I was preparing to leave the worst review. But it turns out this works really well. The picture is crystal clear and the mic picks up even the lowest sound. The install was super simple. I have an older desktop.

Works out of the box, enough volume to be heard in a decent-size 6-8 person conference room, and picks up audio from same.

Good buy
Works really great for conference calls. Bluetooth compatibility is awesome as well. Sound is clear and the mic picks up audio great.

Plug & Play
Purchased a new desktop computer (Dell) and there was a bad hum in the audio output when I connected it to a sound board. The Ugreen USB audio adapter cleared it up completely. Just plug and play it all it took to set up.
