This camera works great and tech support was easy to work with in getting my system setup with my current nvr.

I bought the camera for my Hawaii trip and all of my photos turned out amazing, perfect for simple point-and-shoot situations I mostly bought it for the underwater use and I love it make sure to turn on the underwater setting though I kind of forgot that part when using it, but the photo still turned out beautiful

I have now purchased one of these for each of my 3 oldest kids and they all love them! The picture quality isn't great but the kids don't care. The pictures are fun to put in the little photo album or you get get a cork board or string with clothes pins to hold them up in their room. It's a fun thing for when friends come over and the girls can take pictures. It's a great gift!

Originally I purchased the Foscam camera similar to this one and the Foscam camera would not work via wireless reliably. Contacted Foscam tech support and after a couple of weeks of run around via Foscam I returned camera's to Amazon. I purchased two of these Jida Cameras and hooked one right above garage which are the pictures you see . Camera is decent for the money and like anything else they can always improve on there product. The other camera is in rear of house and functioning similar to the front camera. It has POE capability but you will need to buy a POE network switch. Both cameras are running with Cat7 cable at 100 feet so not sure if there is slight signal loss or not by using 100 foot cable. One of the reviews on this camera said you can see license numbers on license plate via street which is something I could not see. I can see plate but not the numbers clearly on car. As for tech support there for Jidec and especially the person I have interfaced with (Wen) the service has been outstanding and response time is very quick compared to what I dealt with at Foscam. What good is a product if tech support takes too long and is not efficiency responsive. So for me the experience with Jidec is so much better than Foscam especially if the interface person is Wen. I will need to buy more camera's but the wireless versions so later I will be looking at Jidec to see if they have good quality wireless outdoor camera's.

Good picture quality for such a little camera that’s not plugged in. I look at my cameras multiple times during the night and the batteries last a while. With no issues.

 Was looking for a waterproof camera to take to St. Lucia for vacation that was also capable of taking great out of water shots and this one fit the bill and did not disappoint! Got some great shots and it was easy to carry around. Some great features as well and even shoots RAW. Very happy with purchase.Things to consider, battery is small and does run out faster than bigger cameras. Get some spare ones. Also, I attached a floating stap in case I dropped it in the water. I think I read somewhere it does not float

Set up via the app was super easy, took maybe in total 10 minutes? Not long at all. The app is very easy to use and navigate. There is no continuous view, but that is to be expected, and exactly what we were looking for, the cameras run on batteries, if they ran 24/7, you would be changing batteries multiple times a week. The picture/video is extremely clear, even in the dark. The audio is clear and at a good volume when coming from the camera. Highly satisfied, we just bought a third one for our living room!
