A very good action camera!
This V50x action camera works very well since I bought it. As described, image stabilization, pic quality and battery life are good features comparable with GoPro. The external microphone (for V50x only) will improve the audio quality for outdoor recording, such as walking while recording vlogs, so I would recommend purchasing one. Akaso V50x is also very popular now and you can find many youtubers telling you their tips and experience of using this camera, which is really good for starters.

Great Budget Action Cam
My needs are simple. Family videos, vacation videos, hobby projects, etc. This Akaso Action Cam fits the bill perfectly! Great price and great value. Comes with an ample supply of mounts and accessories that are often extras with other cameras. The interface is simple, yet powerful and it shoots great quality video. I live in an on-the-go city and this camera is small enough to pack with me everywhere I go.Highly recommend the Akaso V50X for anyone who wants to shoot good quality video on a budget!

Excellent Budget Action Camera
After weeks of research, I'm very happy with my purchase of the Akaso V50 Pro. Not only did it cost a lot less than the GoPro, but it came with an extra battery and a bunch of accessories. My friend who owns a GoPro was extremely impressed with the few test shots and short videos taken with my new Akaso V50 Pro. Buy this action camera and save yourself a few hundred bucks.

Fun to use, Great Value, well thought out design a
I watched many youtube videos comparing The Akaso V50X to other action cameras and that is how I decided to purchase the Akaso V50X. It is very easy to use, the touch screen is amazing. Very quick and easy to navigate. It comes with many useful accessories to get you started and two batteries with the charger! The quality of the photos and videos is very impressive and I like that an external mic can be ordered for only $9.99. For outdoor photo and video it captures blues skies extremely well as if it has a built in polarizer. The one thing I would like to see different is if it could capture the sharpness of sunsets better and not was out as much. I have used it indoors to get action video and stills of my cats and it is great for this! Very impressive build quality too.

Affordable and gets the job done
For under a $100 you can't go wrong, The Akaso V50x is very affordable, compact and gets the job done. It's excellent in very good lighting, image stability is on par, battery life is about a 7/10 on 4k mode, 10/10 while recording 1080p or 720p mode.It also includes several accessories and 2 batteries. The Akaso V50x can use a 64GB with specifications Class 10 U3 V30 microSDXC Flash Memory Card - 100MB/s, Class 10, U3, V30, A1, 4K UHD, Full HD, UHS-I, Micro SD. I recommend PNY 64GB Premier-X.

Great User Interface, More Features
I recently bought AKASO’s new V50x, the upgrade to the V50, for $100 from Amazon. I’ve been playing with it for a couple of weeks. Here is what I’ve found. The two biggest and most appealing differences between the V50x and my year-and-a-half-old V50 are the touch-screen user interface and the selectable fields of view. The touch screen makes the V50x much easier to use than the V50. The camera’s functions (generally the same as the V50, with a few additions) are grouped in three categories: movie, photo, and system. In each category, functions and the choices they comprise appear in generous-size areas that can be selected accurately even by fat fingers like mine. Aside from being physically easier to use, the categories are arranged logically, leading the user to the choice they want. The V50x gives you a choice of four fields of view: 70, 110, 140, and 170 degrees. That’s a long way from an infinitely variable zoom lens, but it still gives you four times more control over what you’re shooting than the V50 does.Spec wise, the two cameras are very similar. The V50x has 10 video resolution/frame rate selections ranging from 4K/30 fps to 720P/30 fps. Still-photo resolution tops out at 12 MP compared with 20 MP for the V50. The V50x adds a gyroscope for greater stability in video mode. It also gives you the choice of center, average, or spot metering. In short, the V50x gives you more ways to fine-tune your shooting sessions and an interface that makes it easy to use the full range of the camera’s capabilities.I have been very pleased with the videos I've shot with the V50, and I expect the V50x to deliver results at least as good. The only notable shortcoming with the V50x is the user manual (the pdf version available on the AKASO website). The manual is far more detailed than the V50 version, but it is, at best, a beta-level document that needs a thorough rewrite to fill in missing and misleading information. However, irritating as the manual can be, its quality is not a fatal flaw if you’re willing to spend some time playing with the camera and exploring the various functions. And if you get stumped, AKASO’s customer support responds to email very quickly.

AKASO is the best waterproof action camera for the
Several months ago I went on a 2 week vacation to Honolulu, Hawaii. I knew that while I was there I would be snorkeling, and going on many hikes up mountains. I had a brand new smartphone that was capable of taking amazing pictures and videos. But thinking about it, I didn't want to damage my $1000+ phone while there. So, I decided to go on Amazon and look for a small waterproof camera to take with me. After reading MANY reviews, I ended up purchasing the AKASO V50X. Let me just say that for the price you cannot get a better camera. The AKASO line of action cameras are simple to use, very small and compact, shoots in 4K, and even has a touchscreen. The camera comes with many attachments to mount the camera in different ways. I was definitely surprised on how much this camera has to offer. I used th AKASO V50X everyday in Hawaii, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The waterproof case worked perfectly fine with no leaks. And the picture and video quality looks amazing. So, if your looking to buy a waterproof action camera that is definitely at the the top of the list, buy an AKASO, you wont regret it.
