Easy set and operation
We originally bought the camera to use while we went downhill skiing. Since the snow has not cooperated yet this season we used it in the house and outside just to see how it works. So far so good. The remote works as intended, the images we as expected (nice and clear) and my son is super excited to be heading to the slopes with this. The only thing that I can say negative about the camera is that the external microphone doesn't pick up everything so talking or external noises sometimes can't be heard very well.This is our first action camera so I did have some trouble getting it set up. I called their customer service team and the gal that helped me was very nice. I actually thought my camera was broken and she sent out a new one within a day and I got it in 2 days...and just for reference the camera was not broken...I was pushing the wrong button to turn it on which my son conveniently pointed out. I called their customer service again to rectify the problem that I made and they said to just send it back and we'll call it good. I actually liked the camera so much I was willing to buy this other one for my fiance. It is just so small and handy he wants to use it to hunt with.We will be using it in a couple weeks when we hit the slopes so we'll see how it goes then but for now....this would be a definite repeat buy! And again, if there is a problem their customer service was really easy and friendly. You don't see that with every customer service encounter any more!!

Good universal controller
Use it a lot for pc gaming. It's an upgrade from my Xbox 360 controller I've been using for years. I get myself in trouble with how sensitive the trigger buttons are. Accidentally killed a few npc's by Barely bumping it. I have 2 of these right now. We will see how age affects them. I wish the USB that it comes with was smaller. I wish it was the size of my mouse's usb so I could leave it in while I transport my laptop. Overall a very good xbox 1 type of controller.

Plays well on Steam
Works well, good battery life, feels like a decent controller and is ergonomically comfortable.

Update, better than expected
* Running windows 10 + steam, plugged in the dongle, powered on the controller, and everything bound and worked perfectly within steam. No additional setup required, literally the next step after turning the controller on was playing my game.* Update, wanted to use it with my phone, plugged it in and required no additional setup, it just worked. Absolutely floored by that, I love it.* Controller itself feels pretty good, a little cheaper being fully plastic, it's definitely just a knockoff of the xbox controller design, and I don't mind that at all.* Instructions were borderline nonsensical, almost as if they had just fed the entire manual from another language into google translate. I was prepared to google some youtube videos, but like I said everything just worked.* I can't speak to battery life or longevity of the product but so far so good (1 hour in)* Leds are for me not needed, if there's a way to turn those off I'll be doing it. The controller looks cooler with them on, but there's no purpose for me.* I've only use this a couple times but the right joystick got semi stuck in the down position. I don't think it was a problem with the joystick itself, I think the edge of the thumbpad got hooked on the edge of the controller. Played around with it and with my thumb on the stick it never seemed to be a problem.

Feels and handles well
It feels just like an Xbox elite controller and has all the extra functions as well. Great buy for the price.

Great little controller
I bought this just to be a little more detached for my computer then my actual Xbox controller would allow me to be and I've been very please with it. Battery like is great, it's super light, and does not feel all that different from the real thing.
