In addition to these vitamins K2-4, D3 in this supplement, you also need magnesium. It takes all three nutrients to get the calcium into bones. Magnesium and calcium balance each other as does sodium and potassium, so if you have excessive calcium then you are somewhat likely to be magnesium deficient. Magnesium oxide is the cheapest form and chloride one of the costlier in that.although the oxide has a lot of elemental magnesium, the body gets very little of it hence the bathroom regularity as too much has a laxative effect and I can say from personal experience that this is the case. The chloride is much better b/c your body is able to absorb a bit more, especially in liquid form, with less bathroom time. If you have impaired digestion, then bathroom time will still be an issue. Magnesium is a muscle relaxer and calcium is a muscle contractor. Good coffee. My keurig had some troubles with this kind of k cup. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. Not sure if it was the machine or the k cups.

These reusable k cups work just fine. It makes me feel a little better knowing I’m not throwing away a couple of k cups everyday.

These give me the freedom to mix the coffee that I want instead of having to buy premixed K cups, although I still buy some K cups.
