I absolutely love this mic. I picked it up because I needed to improve the sound quality on my Youtube live streams.I use my IPad to go live and the audio is tucked in there somewhere... who knows, but it's in there. However, some of my viewers complained that they could not hear me. This resulted in me speaking louder but I often felt I was disturbing others in my home. The first time I used the Pop Voice PV150+, I asked about voice quality or difficulty hearing and my viewers said they could hear me loud and clear. This is exactly what I was hoping for. Now when I go live, I have no problem making myself heard and I can do this without talking loud enough to wake the dead.It's easy to use. I just plug it in where I would plug in the earbuds on the IPad, clip it to my lapel and I'm good to go. At $12.98, you can't beat it.I'm stationary when using this mic and the device is right in front of me, so the cable length is fine. If you need more distance between you and the device, you might find yourself on a tether. The PV150+ is perfect for use with cellphones or personal computers. However, to use it with a personal computer you'll need to switch out the adapter. Luckily, the needed adapter is provided in the kit.I also like the little velveteen bag that is part of the kit. It allows you to keep all the pieces in one place...the extra mic covers, pc adapter, and the mic itself. The little pouch tucks easily into a purse or camera bag.In regards to customer service, I placed the order on Amazon and the package arrived by mail within two or three days. I was very glad to receive it.I am loving the PV150+. How could it be better? If I had ordered in the one with a dual head.

It’s a good camera, it has great resolution and 2 way mic only thing is that the motion is a bit delayed but good overall

I did a lot of research and went out on a limb and purchased 5 of these cameras.They are WONDERFUL!So so easy to set up, and sync with home WiFi….you will not be disappointed in your decision to buy these, oh and did I say how much I love the ALARM feature??!! WOW! Great for keeping away unwanted solicitors at your front door when home alone

I bought this camera to watch my dogs while I am at work and it does the job very well. I would definitely purchase again. You are able to zoom in and pan the video. You are also able to mute the sound and disable the motion detector. Pretty awesome camera!

This camera is great for me checking in on my pup, Goldie. I wish I could get time lapse for free but other than that it’s great.

I have other Soliom cameras in addition to this one. They are wonderful. This camerais the equal of the others. Great clarity of the videos, easy to install, and set up. You can't go wrong with this camera.

Great for use as a baby monitor or nanny cam. Sometimes the video doesn’t load and you have to restarted it so that’s the only reason it lost one star. Love the product.
