This is an awesome adapter!
So many adapters to choose -- I landed on this one because I liked the design. It was a great choice! Nice, heavy metal, attaches to camera and lenses smoothly. I got the newer "G" version to cover all bases, but if you have non-G lenses with aperture rings you can get the AI/F mount, which is $10 less... but doesn't look as cool :-) Great way to extend legacy lenses to new cameras. I'm going to get another for my Canon FD lenses. Thumbs up!

The product is as advertised.Works perfectly. I believe I have gone past the learning curve. I am comfortable using the product - Initial setup with the phone will be a bit daunting for less tech-savvy people. You would find guides online.Would advise people to get a gorilla tripod for this. After a point, it was hard to hold the GoPro in hand. Can withstand rain and bird attacks - while shooting timelapse.Bang for Buck at a 10-15k price range.

Definetly not High Quality
For the price this is a really good telescope. I was able to see Jupiter and 5 of its moons. It can be a little difficult to get it to focus on things with the highest zoom lenses with the tripod that it comes with. But with a little practice you can see some really cool things. I have really enjoyed mine. Most of the time you would have to pay much more even just to see this good. So there is a trade off. But all in all im happy with it.

We were super excited to receive our Celestron 210
We were super excited to receive our Celestron 21035. I got it as a birthday gift for my partner. Yes we opened it before his birthday so we could try it out! It took us a while to get everything calibrated, but once we got got it set it was smooth sailing. The only downfall was as other reviews started and the tripod is a bit wobbly. Overal it was a great investment and we look forward to stary nights and clear skies.

Great Portable Telescope. Perfect for trips or gi
TL;DR Review: Great portable scope. Get a separate tripod - tripod wobbles.Definitely recommended for anyone who would like to take a scope with them on a trip, for someone who doesn't have the space for a permanently mounted scope, for a student whose interested in astronomy, or as a fun add-on to keep in the trunk on trips to anywhere. It’s small, lightweight, and priced right. It’s light enough that a five-year old could carry it for an entire trip without effort, giving them direct participation in the setup process. This is an amazing little telescope which you can easily take anywhere you're going. Looking at the moon, you'll be able to see the moon in fantastic detail, clearly seeing the ridges of the craters peaking above the moon's northern pole. Aimed at any patch of the sky, stars will become visible when before you saw nothing but darkness. As with all telescopes with this magnification, you will not see the individual rings of Saturn, but you will be able to make out the halo of the rings. Jupiter's moons, though, will be easy to spot, but speaking of spots, you won't see Jupiter's red-spot. Mars and Venus are indistinctive. As for galaxies, if you know where to look, Andromeda can be seen. As for using this scope for daytime viewing of birds and bees, it's perfect. My recommendation is to pair this scope with a Gosky Cell Phone Adapter Mount (you can order one here on Amazon - see my review for photos and videos take with it) and use your phone's camera to capture some amazing shots. Note positioning the Gosky is tricky, so prepared to be frustrated as you try to get the phone's camera and the telescope aligned. It’s not a defect and it's not something you're doing wrong - it's just worth it, but difficult. And if you want to get photos of objects you can't even see through the telescope with your phone, Google "android [or iphone] astronomy photo stacking", "NightCap Pro," or "iastrophotography".What makes this scope a winner it how easy it is to carry around. The included backpack has enough extra space that you can easily toss a laptop or Chromebook in it - I have.It also comes with two high-quality eyepieces (20mm and 10mm) which allow you toquickly switch them up as needed. Each lens also comes with a cap (a needed feature), though I wouldn't fret too much if I lost one. The side finderscope is well aligned and will make targeting much simpler. But the tripod! The tripod! It's OK, but because it's tiny and lightweight, it's not stiff and suffers from touch-wobble. You'll repeatedly find yourself aiming for an object and then when you let go of the telescope or tripod, sometimes it will move out of alignment. You just need to be cognizant of this and use a light touch once you've locked it down to where you want to aim.Since I’ve gotten it, my son and I have used it in City locations and in the country – obviously it works great in both locations. So if the tripod is poor - why did you give it 5 stars instead of 4? For the size, price, and weight of the tripod, it’s what you would expect. A sturdier tripod will weigh a whole lot more and will be bigger, killing the portability aspects of what without the tripod would automatically make this a 5-star telescope. So it’s neither the tripod’s fault nor the Celestron’s. A better-built tripod would weigh more and cost a lot more.As a person who doesn’t read manuals, do read the instruction manual. Some parts aren’t obvious. I managed to figure out how to put it together but would have had a much easier time if I had taken two minutes to flip through the instruction manual.

Great Starter Tripod w/a Professional Function
My daughter and I love this tripod kit and definitely say it’s a 5 out of 5. It’s worth it’s costs and I will probably purchase more as gifts. It’s functional and as a professional photographer using this for just daily videos, etc. it’s nice to see something like this on the market. Easy to use and overall a great buy! The only thing I would say is to get a satin or some sort of silk protective covering for your lamp piece.

Excellent value!!
Purchased this for my son for his birthday. He is very into space and he loves this telescope. There is a bit of a learning curve to use it(there is with ALL telescopes), but once we were able to get it functioning properly he was enthralled. The telescope itself is very sturdy and good quality. I would have liked maybe a little stronger tripod, but so far it has not been an issue at all. For a child just getting into space and the cosmos, this is a great product and highly recommended.

Very adjustable
Bought to replace another brand a friend could not return in time. It is not quite as stout and sturdy as my previous tripod, but makes up for it in terms of weight and adjustability since I'm normally hiking with my tripod. The angle adjustment buttons on the legs seem like something I'll need to keep an eye on for durability as it looks like there is a lot of opportunity for debris to cause malfunction, but I have not had enough time with it to know for sure. I both like and dislike the small footprint of the legs in the nastiest setting when collapsed all the way in and raising the center posts. It's great that it takes so little room, but I can definitely see needing to hang weight on the center hook for stability sake when working in tight spaces; this, however, is easily solved by raising the height by extending the legs instead of the center posts for a wider base when possible.I really like how compactly it folds up compared to my previous tripod and how much more height I can get out of this one.

Great price & great product
This was as advertised and I would say good value. It's really easy to put together, the tripod is much taller than most you can find which is an awesome bonus and a big reason for choosing it. You can use the tripod with the phone holder with or without the circle light which is great as well. The bottom part of the tripod legs are a bit hard to get pushed back up but it's one of those things where over time it will get easier. I don't like that it has to be plugged into an electrical socket but that's personal preference and something I knew going in and is advertised properly. It has great range in brightness and with that golden or blue hues. I loved that the phone holder can be used vertically or horizontally.Things to note:- it's not solid metal, it's hollow, so it isn't sturdy. Wouldn't be great for use outdoors (even without the ring light) unless you put something on the legs to weigh it down.- The top does tilt if you choose for it to tilt, however it's really extreme. Say you want to tilt it downward, it goes from straight to what I would say is about 45 degree angle which is a big change. It's just something to play with to work for you.- The plug in cord is quite short. I am sure it said in the advert how long it was (and I didn't pay attention) but note if your nearest plug to where you want to use it is far you'll want to also get yourself an extension cord.Overall, great value and works well.
