I had trouble at first getting a good number of channels. So I tried different locations and positions. Technical support responded quickly and everything is working well. Good bye cable!

I've owned this camera for a couple of years and it has performed flawlessly. While the software is complex and the technical documentation is not the greatest, I've been very pleased by Amcrest technical support. I accidentally lost access to the camera's web server login while tightening the security settings. Jeremy from technical support very patiently walked me through a factory reset and setup. I'm giving it four stars because of the quality of the technical documentation, but the reliability and technical support are five star quality.
