Great antenna that has better reception than others we've tried.
At least in South Florida, this antenna gets better reception than the ClearStream Eclipse. There are a few channels that are extra difficult for us to get because of the low-e glass on our windows and this antenna resolves those issues and we get the most channels using this antenna.

Great customer service
We liked the cameras and the monitor but ended up needing to return the monitor unit when the antenna broke. We called customer service number from the website— and had to leave a message but they called us right bac the next day!! and they were the BEST! We got a new FREE replacement monitor in the mail within just a couple days. Awesome customer service!

Worth it if you really really sell service.
The device works. The best results are when I have the repeater antenna physically attached to the back of the phone using my hand or tape. This allows me to go from 0 bars and cell service. To having video chats. The closer your phone is to the puck. The better. Expensive but worth it if your constantly in dead zones.

Check all camera units per the instructions before
I use the system to provide visual security protection around my house. It works well. I, however, did not follow the instructions to checked out each camera unit with the controller/display handler before mounting the cameras in my permanent locations. One of my cameras, the one on the garage behind my house and furthest away from the controller inside the house, initially would not communicate with the controller/display system. It would have helped if I had checked the camera out with the controller before mounting it. I had to fiddle with the antenna configuration for quite a while before I could get reception from that camera not knowing for sure whether it was the antenna configuration, too much range or a faulty camera. Otherwise, the system has operated as advertised.

Great monitor with great customer service
It is a great product with a great company behind them. Picture quality is better than any other monitor and the range is solid too. We have 2 and have had a couple of issues but the customer support has been on point and even replaced a monitor that was out of warranty when the antenna snapped off. They've added features with firmware updates and it keeps getting better.

Decent speaker for price
BT kinda has trouble reconnecting. Have to unpair and pair it back every other day or so. Battery life works for my 8hr shift and its loud enough to hear the spotify ads with earplugs and background machine noise. Could use a better antenna for radio but other then these few nitpicks it's worth the money.

Reliable monitor
This is the third Infant Optics camera we purchased. The first two lasted about three years and eventually failing due to battery life on the monitors, antenna breaking and a loose connection on the camera. Overall we're happy with them. Hopefully this newer model has a better battery life and more robust connects.

Much improved camera units. Very nice quality meta
I had an OOSSXX since 2017 my first NVR Camera system. And tech support was very helpful. When I have a question, I send them an email and their response was really quick and supportive. I bought this month their new release OOSSXX NVR with 2Tb HDD, 4 Dual Antenna cameras as I wanted to have a much better signal where I live. The whole setup and system was truly user friendly. I am happy with the purchase.

Looks good and has great sound!
I love how I can hang it from the shower curtain rod. The reception is actually better without the antenna. I just use it for local radio. I just have it plugged in most of the time because I like to have the volume up and that runs the battery down fast.
