Usb c and Usb 3 in one drive is great! Easy to use
Great to use between macs and windows computers. It was what was needed without using so many converters. I also use this when connecting to my iPad to transfer files, The usb c functionally is amazing!

USB 2.0 speeds are good
Plenty of space and good enough speed for USB 2.0 However, USB 3.0 is here and would get another one of these at the new standard

Anybody with a 2016 MacBook Pro needs at least one
Anybody with a 2016 MacBook Pro needs at least one of these drives. Being able to switch between USB A and USB C is HUGE.

white one is usb 3.1 not 3.0
I bought both colors. Description on white model is wrong its actually USB 3.1 not 3.0, and so are the black ones as listed usb 3.1. Also it says there is a LED activity indicator but neither one has that either. Warranty says 5 years on packaging so I don't know why people are talking about lifetime warranties. I've been having trouble with slightly less expensive ADATA drives failing and I've had better luck with Transcend in the past but have not ever used these cheap plastic ones before just metal so we will see how that goes.

No issues
One time i reached around 90 mbps write speed in a laptop with usb 3.0. Mostly between 20-30 mbps in usb 2.0 ports.

Works grand, would prefer USB C version
Works fine. Would prefer one with USB C. As nowbi have to bring an old USB cable to charge.

Truly a fast charger
Definitely holds true about being an extra fast charger. Gives you 2 wires (one that’s USB compatible w/iPhone and one that’s USB C wire). I feel the USB C one charged quicker than the other, but other were fast-charging overall! Happy with the items!!
