Stickers didn’t work for us, great picture though
The picture quality is surprisingly well, definitely better than the rabbit ears that we were using before. The installation was easy and simple, just plug in and set up/search for channels. The only issue we had, was the stickers that came with the product. We put the stickers on the backside and stuck it to the wall. Shortly after the stickers gave up and the antenna fell. As the picture shows we resorted to just having it on the top of the entertainment center and called it a day. As of now, no issues except for the occasional signal quality dip. This product is still 10x better than the rabbit ears we had before!

Easy and works well
The cable TV technician came out, checked my wi-fi and said it was working correctly. He suggested that I get this range extender for outside in my (very large) yard. It was simply a matter of plugging it in and waiting for a minute and then it was good to go. It doesn't get easier than that!

Works as intended
Very spotty WiFi on the second floor of my house. Granted we only pay for a basic package through Xfinity for 60mbps down and 10 Mbps up so I can not say much about the speeds if they exceed that. I know that I was getting random speeds from 12/2 to 20/2 to 12/10 to 20/10. Just all over the place and not consistent enough to use without crazy lag and constant drops. After set up and playing around with the location for 20 minutes, I have it set somewhere out of the way and now can get the full 60 down and 10 up anywhere in the house. Again, I can not attest to performance if you have Google Fiber or anything, but you also shouldn't assume a $30 extender is going to do miracles for you. It does everything I need though just fine.

The WPS button setup procedure will not work if you have a secure network, even with a Netgear router. The quickest way to do it is to use an android phone and log on to the unit's IP address, which your router can provide, using http:// ipaddress. Do the setup with the extender close to your router and then relocate it to the best place for your need.Here are things I like about this unit:Modest PriceRange adequate for my needs (3 bed ranch style home)Dual BandRuns coolWhat I don't like so much:Access hours can be set but it radiates 24/7, how come no power schedule?Tedious setup processSo if your expectations are as modest as the price I think you'll be pleased. I can't comment on the lifetime yet but so far the effort was justified despite the terrible instruction book.
