OncOnce I contacted Kasa support we were able to connect the smart switch to the internet in a short period of time. Only issue I have is that I had a very hard time understanding the representative, you need to get US based customer service.

I recieved the watch as a gift. This watch is so easy to use. I can use it to tell me what time it is, monitor my health, keep me on track with my walking. I love it and would recommend it to everyone!

Watch is just what I needed, I am a builder phone rings every five minutes spend half my time taking gloves off to see who it is, which can be really annoying and time wasting when its not someone I need to talk to... This watch solved the issue I can see who it is in seconds, never been much of a watch wearer but this one is comfortable. you can change the screen image, I like the fact it tells you your sleep pattern and can set it to monitor workouts, measures heart rate, perfect watch if you are an active person.. Had a small issue with the watch at first but the customer service at Kospet was top notch, responsive and resolved the issue fast. Would recommend the watch and the company, good value.

The app is easy to use, though I am trying to figure out how to change the time still. You could manage it throughout the app on your smart device.

I have a lot of smart devices in my home and vacation homes. I use Amazon Alexa to control lights in both places. The Kasa Smart Switch is so simple to connect without a hub. I have an Insteon hub in my winter home and it's an extra step that in not necessary for many applications. The Smart Home switches that work with the Insteon are more expensive. If I had it to do over again (or next time the hub fails) I'm going to the Kasa light switches.

I used to have a samsung watch active and I think I paid $400 for it. I had it for about a year and a half, and when it died I didn't want to spend another $400 on another samsung smartwatch. I looked at other cheaper smartwatches, but I wanted something that used Wear OS. This ticwatch, has more features than the samsung I had, has all the other features I wanted, and it was on sale for $170 at the time I bought it. For this price it is more than half off the latest samsung watches. The battery is great, my old samsung lasted 1 day, I could never wear it during the night because I had to charge it, the ticwatch lasts a couple days, and I wear it at night for sleep tracking, which is cool to track, and seems accurate. Then I also love the dual screen, the monochrome screen is always on and makes it very convenient just to look down and see the time, like a non smart watch. And when the battery does get low, it will go into low mode and even though it doesn't send me notifications, at least I can still see the time because that low energy mode will last for hours on 5% battery. Vs other smartwatches that when they die, its just on your wrist and you go to look at the time and then remember that your watch died. Ive never had any laggyness on the screen or software either.
