I like the product since it's pretty simple to program. I like the duration pins and one time pins. The only thing I don't like about it is when you walk up to the lock it doesn't always respond, so you need to tap the face of the lock a few times to make it react (or turn on), so you can put the code in.

We recently joined airbnb and wanted a simple lock solution that didn't require wifi access to change access codes. This lock was recommended. I've installed a LOT of locks, digital locks, etc - this one is by far the most difficult - it's just extremely sensitive to the door adjustment - the deadbolt and door alignment needs to be nearly perfect - so when the door is shut, there cannot be any play or wiggle-room with the door. It's because the lock motor is pretty weak - if there is any resistance it will not lock and unlock, which would be bad.So with a bit of adjustment, it works really, really well.Besides the install sensitivities, my only other issue with this lock kit is the door sensor. It actually works really great when it's installed! But the wire is SO thin, and the plastic mount for it is very weak - when I was making adjustments I didn't realize that I had pinched one of the sensor wires, cutting it - so the sensor wasn't working and I didn't know why. I spliced it and re-attached it, but I was shocked at how weak the cable was - I'm sure there are others who have done the same thing and didn't catch it.Anyway - the features of this lock are amazing - auto-lock sensor, duration pin, etc. Once it's installed, you'll love it. I wish you could assign the master pin as a 4 digit code - they have a 7 digit minimum, which I think is dumb (I get security, but who is going to sit there for 3 hours trying to figure out a 4 digit code...and it has a lock-out option after not getting the code right after 4, 5, 6, times, so it's even more secure!!!)Would love a 4 digit code option because I love simple, 4 digit codes for myself and my family.Anyway - besides that it's all good!

The installation is pretty straightforward and the instructions are clear, which is a big plus. The components appear to be well made. I shopped around quite a bit before picking this one. So far I'm very happy with this lock.
