This item is definitely worth the money. If you're just starting with the hobby, you get a lot of mounting accessories. The picture and video quality is superb. To view the images on a 4K TV is mind-blowing! Connected to my Android phone straight away. The remote control is redundant if you can connect with a phone but nice to have when you don't want it tied to the camera. This is especially important if you mount the camera up high or across the room/yard.

This camera has been a pleasant surprise. Its image quality is quite good, and has some nice features like being able to choose a flat color profile and low sharpening if you would rather add that when you edit.What surprised me was that once I updated to the latest firmware, suddenly the camera had cool new functionality. First is that it can capture RAW photos, which I prefer. I also noticed that after the update I had more frame rate options - this will shoot 24fps if you want, which I personally like.Out of the box, mine had an early firmware and lacked some of these features, so you should update right away.It can run while charging off a USB battery pack, so your time lapses are only limited by your memory card capacity. I love that.The app is nice. It’s easy to use and easy to update the camera.The stabilization works decent enough, but it’s important to note that it does not work while shooting 4K video. It works while shooting 2.7k and below.It comes without mounts, so you’ll need to add what you want. The camera is not waterproof. So far I have added a silicone case and also a metal housing that adds a filter thread, so I can use a polarizer on occasion. In the future I hope to gain more manual exposure controls so I can stack some ND filters and do some cool stuff.I’d love it if future firmware allowed for more manual control over exposure etc, but even if it doesn’t I can’t complain. This is a sweet little camera!

This thing is great, don't bother shelling out extra money for the popular brand name. Came fast, came in good packaging.

This was a gift for my brother. And he spent a lot of time trying to get it to float. I spent about 20 mins and got it. And once you “ get it” it gets alot easier. You know what it feels like and how it should be. So may take some practice. But other then that it’s super cool. Sound was really amazing. Led lights were really neat. Solid

Everything attaches at it should. Way less that than Go-pro brand products and just as durable.
