For the most part, I really liked this headset: it sounds good, the mic sounds good (according to the people on the other end), and it is mostly comfortable. The negatives are with keep me from getting another one. My ears got hot after wearing it for 30 minutes or so. Annoying, but acceptable. These things bleed sound like there's no tomorrow. Not a problem for me, but if you need a headset that won't bother others, you should look elsewhere.The biggest issue for me, though, is the angle that the cable sits at coming from the earpiece. It was ALWAYS hitting my shoulder and collar when I turned my head even slightly. Couple that with my awful track record of getting the cable caught on everything that doesn't move and it was a recipe for disaster. I went wireless after these and there's no going back.

I really like it. The battery lasts well, about 3 days and not the 5 as listed and it feels nice to wear. I'm a bit of a light sleeper and I do find it hard to fall asleep so I was a bit worried wearing something like this to bed but it feels so nice I barely notice it. The downsides are that the screen feels a bit exposed and the potential for damaging it is high and as yet you can select a clock face but are not able to create your own even at a simple level. That aside its a good combination of fitness monitor and watch, very responsive and easy to use. As a plus it can control my TV (pause, stop, volume) when using BubbleUPNP on my phone to play movies/tv shows and of course it works with Spotify even when playing Spotify on a PC, if the phones in range it lets me control it. I wouldn't say its worth the £179 that it was on the FitBit site but in the £130 range its a good choice

I'm blown away! This headset sounds so good, and the noise-canceling mic works great. I use it inside my car which has really windy-sounding windows even when they are closed and I can still hear people fine. The sound from the speakers is surprisingly on par with my $120 Bose headphones. The actual construction is really sturdy - nothing cheezy or chintzy. It's only ever-so-slightly wonky in that it doesn't rest perfectly flush against my ears, but that's not a problem and I'm actually glad I still can hear outside sounds while wearing them because I use them while driving and don't want to block out outside sounds. The cord is rock solid too. I honestly have no clue how they can make such a solid product for under $20.

T;DR: If you want an awesome gaming (and music) experience in terms of audio, definitely go for this!Pros:- Audio quality is AMAZING in both gaming and music environments- DAC has a premium feel, as do the cables (excluding the mute slider)- Definitely has a ""high end"" look- Easy to set up on PC & the instructions included were clear and easy to understand- You can change the boom mic from left to right- Astro offers customized plates that go on each ear piece- Long cables included!- No issues wearing for extended period of time- Multiple sound settings. Additionally, you can tweak the sound further through their PC application.Cons:- Build quality is a little lack luster on the headset. For the price, I would expect the same premium feel for the whole thing (not just the DAC, cables and packaging)- I really disliked the feel of the inline mute slider. Felt really cheap.- Not really sound proof. I can hear pretty much everything going on around me. I also have Steelseries Arctic 7's that block out MUCH more external sound.You'll definitely be able to tell the difference in terms of audio vs something like a Steelseries headset. The mute indicator LEDs (the knobs on the DAC turn red) are much appreciated but I would much rather have that on the mic itself ( I do not keep the DAC directly in front of me). Additionally, the build quality was just OK when compared to my other gaming headset, I feel as if these have a little too much flex at the top.In terms of comfort, I had no issues wearing these for an extended period of time. They fit snuggly and are adjustable. No issues with them slipping off what so ever.Overall, I would say these are a great purchase if you prefer audio quality.

I NEED A FAN NOISE TO SLEEP AT ALL. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS I USE A REAL FAN OF COURSE, BUT IN THE WINTER I HAVE BEEN USING THE OVERHEAD EXHAUST FAN OVER THE STOVE BECAUSE MY SLEEPING ROOM IS BESIDE THE KITCHEN. I WANTED TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO USE SO I DO NOT END UP WEARING OUT MY STOVE EXHAUST FAN, PLUS IT PROBABLY USES A LOT MORE ELECTRICITY TO RUN IT ALSO. SO, WHEN I SAW THIS NOISE MACHINE WITH ALL OF ITS POSITIVE REVIEWS I READ, I PURCHASED IT. I AM EXTREMELY GLAD I DID! THE PRICE WAS GREAT ALSO. I AM SO GLAD IT RUNS FOR YOU CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO SHUT IT OFF WHEN YOU GET UP IN THE MORNING! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS AWESOME LITTLE MACHINE !!

I'm a teacher who is still teaching from home. My other headphones stopped working with Zoom for some reason. I bought these because a colleague wore them to one of our department meetings and I told her she sounded like she was on the radio with her own radio show. Throughout our meeting, she was always clear and I told her to send me the info so I could buy them. The sound is great, very precise on just my voice without the background noise. I took off one star because they need more padding. My ears hurt a bit after wearing them for a couple hours (I take them off during recess and lunch to give my ears a break). I'm not sure if there's a workaround, but I would still recommend them and would buy them again.

I have had these headphones for several months now and so far I am absolutely loving them! The bass and sound quality are excellent and the battery life is unbeatable, I go at least a week (sometimes more) without even thinking about recharging. The cushioning is super comfortable for long term wear, I don't get any compression headaches or anything like that, my one qualm is that because they do not go around the ear the backs of my ears do get pressed against my head and can be uncomfortable after 5+ hours of wearing. Mostly though I actually sometimes wear them as ear-muffs because they work really well in the cold and Canadian winters are brutal, but they put up with it exquisitely and the cushioning acts as really good insulation. A good perk is that they are so versatile and work with almost anything I'm wearing, not too bulky and still stylish. They are not noise cancelling which I have found in the past can get me in trouble occasionally for not being able to hear my surroundings, but if they are loud enough (and they get really immersively loud) they can drown out any background noise easily. Unfortunately, if you are listening at high volumes other people will likely be able to hear what you are listening to, though I have never had any issues with this. My only regret is that I should have waited two weeks for the price to drop because I brought mine for just over 200 and within 4 weeks the price had dropped almost 50 bucks so maybe add it to your list and check to see when the price fluctuates. One thing I will also add that I found quite annoying until I figured out why it was happening is that you cannot have them connected to two devices at the same time or they will make the connecting guitar strum noise until you turn them off and reconnect them to only one device.

So, I have the first gen Samsung buds and spent the day swapping to compare. I only bought these because I work 12 hour days and 1 set of any buds won't last that long. The sound is with music and podcasts are equal really. The BIGGEST difference is the tech and mic. Everyone always said I sounded horrible on the first gen and no one can tell I'm not on my phone with these. The ambient sound is lots better. The auto lower sound and enhance voice feature is great! If you're looking for basic buds to just jam to, stick with the regular buds. If you want to just leave these in all day and forget you're wearing them these are great. The originals fit tighter in the ear with the swappable rings that twist to the outer ear but the pros seem to fit great without them. No problems with falling out.
