This is the second unit I bought with the first one still working fine. I use them for the optical audio output from the TV to my sound mixer (RCA input) for running karaoke. Works great for me. Guy G.

Great camera, comes with load of accessories
So far, I am very happy with the camera. The software and interface are intuitive and easy to use. It comes with a lot of useful mounting accessories. The picture quality is best when there is a lot of light, but it is good under low light condition. I do need a lot more footage for comparison of the image stabilization. I look forward to testing the camera in action sport more in the summer, especially under water capability.

Great but not perfect
The media could not be loaded.
The stability and performance of this camera is amazing. It is better than the previous generation hero black 7 and Osmo action. It can shoot very stable video even running. But its heating problem seems doesn't be solved. Just like the previous generation, it getting hot and crash easily when I using. This crash (see the video) is the second time this week. This problem is very bothering to me because it leads to the loss of my video and wastes my time to recording again. If your work is unrepeatable, I suggest you better consider this issue before purchasing. Except for this problem, it is the best action camera with a good price at present. Very suitable for travel or sports recording.

A feature packed camera at an amazing price!
I am so happy I found this little camera! I always do tons of research before purchasing almost anything and I think Akaso is at the head of the class with their action cameras. Love all the mounting accessories that come with it. This little camera should last me years to come. And it's budget friendly for those unwilling or unable to shell out for a GoPro. Perfect for my mountain unicycling adventures!
