I haven't use my Wii in a long time because new TV's don't have AV or AV component. But this changes everything.It's not magical, it will no give 1080p resolution, because the Wii doesn't put out that resolution.But if you have a Wii and a new TV this is definitely the way to go

It works really well as advertised
The few people who can't tell the difference need glassesI've used it on the retrotink ,Wii, Wii U, 360, PS3, PS2 switch and it makes a visual difference especially on Sonys systems as the poor AA native to them is a lot more smoothNo noticeable input lag at allThe image is sharper and money well spentI thought it was snake oil but after trying it it sure as heck isn't

Does what it was designed for
Our newer TV did not have a way to connect the Wii since it only had HDMI input. Just plug the adapter, connect the cable and we can now see the Wii on our big TV. Note that you will still be getting the resolution from the Wii. Works for what we wanted.

Works for various gaming consoles, great gift!
I read up on this gaming headset elsewhere and it's supposed to be one of the best ones out there that works across different brands of gaming consoles. I bought this as a Xmas gift for a friend who is into gaming and owns all the popular consoles (Xbox, PS4, Wii U). He said it works great and he really enjoys it! So 5 stars for being a perfect gift!

Yo lo utilice para conectar una wii u a un monitor WGA y la calidad de imagen es como conectarlo a una tele con HDMI, yo creo que los 7 euros merecen un monton la pena .Ojo solo es de hdmi a wga no al reves

Amazing. Works with PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U
Love it! Works like a charm, I use it to control my wii u, PS4, xbox, TV, STB, and SRS. Too bad xbox has it blocked during a game, so no telling Alexa to engage fsd in elite dangerous

A great upgrade for 480p-1080p Consoles
This unit does a great job at cleaning up and upscaling images from Sub-4k consoles. It works great combined with my Nintendo Switch (set to 1080p), and my Wii U (set to 720p) on my 4k TV. The difference is subtle at first, but when you turn it off it is very noticeable. I leave it on always when using my consoles. My only complaint is the lack of 4k upscaling, and that it is not HDMI 2.0 compliant. I would purchase a new version if it upscaled 1080p to 4k (and thus would apply a greater AA effect), and had HDMI 2.0 (would not strip HDR and 4k60 from my Xbox One X). In the current state I would give it a 4, and highly recommend if you plan on using it with a Wii U or older console.
