I had a issue with watch as it had a scratch on face so I contacted lige through there warranty they was so helpful and sent me out a replacement within days would recommend buying Watch great value for money great company

I installed this Smart Lock almost a year ago and have had no issues with it so far. This was my 4th Smart lock I installed on my front door and the others before it failed within months and wouldn't read my finger prints. You don't know how upsetting it can be when its 5 degrees outside and your Smart Lock decides not to read your finger print and then locks you out after 5 tries! Eufy was the only Smart lock that you can decide how many tries or turn that feature off completely so it wont lock you out of your own house in freezing weather. Eufy has been the best and problem free Smart lock I have owned, I would highly recommend this lock to anybody looking for a nice problem free Smart lock that is easy to install and setup. The Eufy app is very simple and problem free as well, with one of my previous locks the app would constantly freeze when opened trying to connect with a server in China and made the lock useless to open or lock the door. Eufy will be my 1st choice on future Smart locks.

The latest firmware update has fixed all the issues I had with this watch (R870XX...M1EVB4 circa Feb 25th, 2022). I have been using the new firmware and started wearing my watch 24/7. I just charge it while showering now, so the battery usage has been greatly improved. It is also checking my pulse rate and oxygen levels at night without draining it to nothing. To top it off, the elliptical interface now actually counts my steps on the elliptical! Thus I am MUCH happier with this watch than a month ago. They did not break the good stuff and improved all the broken stuff (that I cared about anyway...).--- ORIGINAL REVIEW (2 stars) ------------------Samsung has always made good stuff, and sometimes really good stuff. This watch is NOT it. I bouhgt it primarily for tracking my activity, which is STINKS at. I use an elliptical and it successfully figures out I am using one, tracks the calories used and time on the thing, but gives me ZERO steps. Really hard to compete with my wife's steps when I get nothing for 45 minutes on the elliptical. Then there is the battery life issue, it has none. If you want to use it to track your sleep and maybe keep track of your oxygen level, etc, then it will empty the watch every day and then you have 2 to 3 hours to charge it back up, therefore I took to trying to charge it while I am at the computer. Well, that does not work out well because I keep forgetting to put it back on. After 50 years of wearing a watch, I don't want to be taking it off in the middle of the day when I usually need it. So, I just don't wear it at night and gave up on the sleep tracking function, and let it charge overnight.As for functionality, that is all pretty slick. The apps work, the watch faces have enough choices for me, being able to connect over various apps seems cool and works - after a fashion - if you don't mind your battery power draining to nothing pretty fast. So, I like my old tracker from their competition much better. I could where it all day and night and track everything and it charged up completely while I was in the shower. It just was not very durable, and they kept breaking, so wanted to try Samsung. sorry I did.Oh, and I submitted a trouble ticket 3 weeks ago... Still no response. An update just downloaded, will update this if it managed to fix anything, but I doubt they can do anything about the absurdly slow charging and absurdly fast discharging.so to summarize - the smart watch can do everything you want a smart watch to do, it does it well, just not for very long... So kinda useless if you ask me.
