Excellent On-Camera Light, Form factor, OLED, Fantastic Look, Battery Life, etc.! 5 STARS!
You can’t have too many of these, multiple lights for different creative setups are a must, and these portable led lights make it easy! This light is solid aluminum construction, feels durable but it surprisingly lightweight. That’s a great advantage if you are using it in your hot shoe on camera, the lighter the better. It’s really bright, and adjustable to a fine degree with the control dial, as is the color temperature for matching the ambient light, a must! The oled display tell you exactly how much time you have left on the battery depending on your brightness level. It can also be easily mounted vertically or horizontally on a light stand.

Fantastic and secure clip from Peak Design
This clip works amazingly well and supports even the heaviest camera configurations. I am using it on one my backpack straps. It is extremely easy to put clip in when I no longer want to carry the camera or have it hanging around my neck. It is also quick and easy to slide it back out when I'm need to get the next shot. The mechanism for releasing the camera is ergonomically placed to make it easy, but it is NOT at risk at accidentally hitting it and releasing the camera. Additionally, when I want to make absolutely sure, you can lock the release so that it isn't accidentally. However, I have not had to use it once yet.One suggestion: when you mount the clip, make sure you mount it in a way that accounts for camera swing from your gait, especially with heavier cameras and long zoom lenses. If you don't, the camera will swing and hit against you every step you take, which can easily get irritating if you are hiking or walking a lot. My placement puts the camera about 1" below my clavicle, and the camera spans down to my waistline; with this placement, most of the swing is absorbed, and it's easy and convenient to rest my hand against the camera if I need to run/jog.The mounting plate is a standard Arca plate, so will work with any other mounting hardware that supports that plate style. Additionally, the mounting plate has special openings in the corners that allow the loops for their camera straps to slide through, without interfering with the Arca slide for mounting.I highly recommend this plate for anyone who is looking for a high quality camera clip, especially if you already have other products within the Peak Design ecosystem.

Remote stopped working, short battery life
I was looking forward to using this camera on a head mount for fly fishing. Since my hands would be occupied I wanted to be able to turn the video on and off without touching the camera. I hoped to be able to leave the camera on (in screen saver) then use the wrist band remote to turn on the video recorder when I wished. This is one of the reasons I wanted this type of camera. The remote worked for a day then the started un-pairing after 10 minutes or so and I kept having to re-pair it. A few days later the remote stopped working completely, even with a new battery. The voice activation only worked a few times and was not reliable. The second disappointment was the battery life. A battery only lasts about an hour when the camera is on screen saver mode. It does come with two batteries but I am not wild about changing them while standing in water. I expected the battery to last longer. I have not tested how long the battery would last while filming but I am afraid it would be short. On the good side, the ability to use the wifi and pair it with my phone works well and is nice when I use it underwater. The phone can be used to see where the camera is pointed and works as a remote. I am using the camera on a long stick to photograph fish. The camera itself seems to work OK and the picture quality is about what I expected. It comes with a lot of mounting accessories which is nice.Update: I received an e-mail offering to replace the camera or get a refund. I thought it was a hoax since it seemed to good to be true, but responded anyway. I chose a new camera and sure enough it arrived in the mail at no cost. The remote on this one worked better. The customer service makes choosing this camera a low risk option.

Pro-Quality for Amateur Photographer
I upgraded to this camera from a basic 'point-and-shoot' camera that I had been using for years. The ones that take a full 1.5 seconds between shots and take forever to auto-focus.My use is entirely personal/family use, but the photo quality since I have been using this camera has noticeably increased. Looking back through family photos it is quite apparent when a new camera came into the picture. Not just the photo quality itself, but also the sheer number of good shots. No more silently cursing that a great pose was missed because my camera is too slow in between shots.I've had the camera just over a year at the time of this review and it has held up remarkably well, in fact it still feels brand new.Highly recommend an 8GB (I use a 16GB) or larger SD card as pictures on high quality are fairly produce fairly large file sizes.

Very Impressed
Have to admit, had this for a week and very impressed.1) Easy set up, install, connecting to more than 1 cell phone.2) Picks up motion within 2 seconds of the camera picking it up3) Quick notifications4) Night vision is solid5) Light, alarm work as expected6) Two way voice/speaker, easy to hear and record7) Tools within the app are easy to navigate8) Appreciate the ‘sleep’ mode to save battery9) Love the charging concept instead of replacing batteries10) Video quality is great! This camera for the price point - just cant beat it. This camera was exactly what I was looking for. I dont need a 3rd party to store video or a subscription, you can save the video to your phone if you like or simply delete the video that the camera captured. I have recently bought 2 more for the house. Get this camera if you are looking for a great quality security camera. Im impressed!!

So far so good
Unpacked the camera, Plugged in the batteries to charge. While waiting for the batteries to charge I downloaded the Brave4.pdg manual per the instructions. Read over the manual and figured out how to mount the camera onto my bike helmet. Mounted the camera to my bike helmet and then the batteries were done charging. Installed the battery played will all the settings and then took some test videos. Once I felt comfortable with all the setting and had all settings like I wanted then I used the camera for the first time on a bike ride. After my rider I figured out how to turn on the wireless on the camera and then connected my phone to the camera wireless and downloaded my bike ride video to my phone. Can view the video on my phone. Seems to be working great so far. Will try to use under water and on a downhill mountain bike ride soon.

Excellent Video Quality
Tried out my AKASO EK7000 Pro 4K Action Camera for the first time today and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the clarity and video quality on this camera. I'm so glad I took a chance on this and didn't waste another $300 on a GoPro camera. Setup was simple and after fully charging the batteries I was taking videos in seconds. I haven't gotten to fully test the water resistance and the camera yet, but I will be doing that this week on a few kayaking trips. I only gave it 4 stars for now, but I'm very confident after my kayaking trips this week my I will be editing my review with 5 stars all around. This camera is a steal for the price and the quality of the videos it takes. I look forward to watching hours and hours of high quality videos I have taken with this camera. Excellent product and a price you can't beat!

Nice
The camera is a little difficult setting up even with the app, but once you figure out how to set up the camera it works great as long as you are in range of the camera. You can not view it from work or being away from home. the night vision is pretty clear for the size of the camera and daylight has a great picture. The only true down fall of this camera is the power cord being to short. Yes, it has to have a power source in order to wok. it only comes with a USB cord about 6 inches long and no plug. Even at that you would have to run an extension cord for length which then could be seen, so hiding it is out of the question. I hooked it up to a rechargeable power supply which drained pretty quick. Again, it really isn't a hidden camera due to the fact the cord length and needing constant power. It does also have a build in mic.

Nice for the price
Camera has lots of features for the price. Remote control works but Wi-Fi cannot be found at times. Remote control zoom can be slow and jerky Needs better and more instructions for setting up camera features settings. Some seem to work in reverse. Had to purchase a separate pan and tilt with remote for full remote control. Still I am pleased with the camera.
