Great gift from my husband
My husband knows I have a hard time sleeping and I get a lot of headaches. These are amazing for tension around my eyes, it massages my temples and around my eyes and cheeks. It plays music and is Bluetooth capable. It has 4 different modes to choose from and when I lay on my back with it on, the weight of it is perfect on my face

Not convinced this is healthy for the eyes
The pressure setting actually places pressure on the inside of the eye orbit. The loosest setting on the mask was still uncomfortably tight (and my head is of average size). My eyes had a hard time readjusting to see at a distance after use. I’ll use sparingly on the heat setting only. Recommend discussing this with an eye doctor prior to use.

This product is amazing! I suffer from migraines and although I haven’t tried it while having a headache it was amazing! It felt so relaxing the music, the heat the pressure everything about it is soothing. Definitely recommend it
