We ordered four of these. All four arrived intact with no damage. They were easy to install, even though we needed to replace the chain and cord with something longer.They are just as pictured, with one small thing to note: I didn't know what "seeded" glass meant, and I didn't notice from the picture that there are very small circles/ovals in the glass pattern. This isn't a big deal since it's not noticeable, but I would've liked them better with a solid, smooth look.
