Poor quality had to replace after about a year
I bought 11 of these for my house. Some included Pico switches because they were two way. It has been 12 months and all is well. I wish they had a ceiling fan control that worked lights and fan. This is way better than buying Alexa controllable bulbs. you don't have to leave the switch on and you don't have to buy expensive bulbs.

Reliable switch that supports both voice and physi
Works perfectly with Alexa (Lutron hub required as well) ... so much so I've installed nine. Also works well in old house, as the neutral wire is not required. Easy replacement and smooth operation at the switch and via Alexa. Only one small complaint: the "turn on" command always sets the dim level to 100%, instead of to the last dim level. To switch directly to a specific dim level, the "on" command must specify the level (e.g. "turn on Kitchen Light to 70%"). The "on" command for most smart lighting devices restores to the previous dim level (my preference).

Excellent smart light switch! Works with Alexa and
I love Lutron Caseta Wireless switches. I started with a couple of them to see how they would work. It didn't take long for me to purchase several more. I now have 9 installed in my house. They work with Alexa and HomeKit with no issues.

Works as described. Take note of minimum-load requirements, though. Since this switch does not rely on a neutral wire, the switch gets its radio power *through* your light fixture. The cheap LED light fixture that I first used with this switch did not meet the minimum load requirements and the trickle of current drawn through the fixture by this switch was enough to produce a dim light from the fixture. A 4.5 watt incandescent night-light bulb wired in parallel with the LED fixtures took care of that, but it wasn't something planned to do. I have installed these switches elsewhere in the house with higher-quality LED bulbs (e.g. Philips) and they do not exhibit this faint glow.
