I took this camera on a 7 day cruise and put it to the test. You can't beet the quality that comes out of this camera for what you pay for it. It cost way less than the "Name Brand" cameras and has all of the features and performs just as well. There are a few settings I haven't figured out how to use just yet but all in all I love this little thing! I did purchase a separate Backpack strap clip to go hands free and that worked out very good. At one point while walking through the jungle trails of Roatan Honduras I had the camera just filming constantly and noticed that it saved in 10 minute intervals which is pretty nice. I did have a Sandisk 400GB Card in the camera and it seemed to work well with the camera with zero issues. The only downfall on this camera is I wish the battery would last longer than it did. Having to change out batteries in the middle of my Hike was a little annoying but very quick and painless. Even though this camera is water-resistant without the plastic case I did not get the chance to test it out in the pool or ocean. This will be my main action camera I take on trips to record scenery and waterplay for sure. I did play with the slow motion and Fast motion recording and enjoyed how my videos turned out.In conclusion for this review this camera is a great little camera for the money. The only thing missing is a set of extra batteries and charger to go along with it and not to have to pay for them separately. If you're on the fence on purchasing this just do it. You wont be disappointed and its allot cheaper than the "Brand Name" one!

These trailcams will record, BUT.Picture quality isn't the greatest. Though decent. What you might expect. Not as good as your phone.The motion sensor is extremely sensitive, even when on the lowest setting. Hard for outdoor use when every moving tree, or lighting change tends to trigger...but it is movement, so I can't be overly critical.Ideally with these units, they should have some bluetooth or plugin ability to use your phone to ensure the camera is lined up and facing the right place. The screen is on the inside, so you really have to do a best guess that you have it lined up exactly as you want it.The batteries (which it takes many AA), tend to last about 3 months or thereabout.Decided to go with an AC Adapter as I am lucky enough to have power nearby. I have gone to every shop that sells adapters in my city, and eventually ordered the best match I could find from Amazon as I could not find an adapter that would fit this unit. The plug-in area is deep, and most adapters either have an "L" shaped plug in, that won't reach, and every straight model I tried won't reach. I eventually purchased a straight model and had to push and squeeze and mash it as far in to the hole as possible. It barely makes contact and the slightest movement disconnects it. Pretty frustrating.If you are usuing it for hidden surveillance, they are also a bit of a giveaway as the nightnight view has the infrared light needed...don't know if any unit has a work around for that....but could be spotted.Though these cameras aren't overly pricey compared to some, and will do a decent job, there are many options missing (as mentioned) that I would consider before buying if they are important to you.
