This is a great docking station. Slimline, doesn't take up space on the desktop, and does what it needs to do. Initially had issue with external monitor HDMI connection. Contacted customer support and they resolved within minutes. Great product. Great support.

My first one worked so well that I bought a second. Have one at work and home now.

I have no problem with this product but want to let people know that the J5Create driver does not *fully* work under Windows 11. The 2nd HDMI port is not recognized properly under Device Manager so you can't use it at all. I've verified this on more than 1 computer and moved cables/monitors around to verify the problem isn't elsewhere. It's consistent. To be fair, all other ports seem to be recognized and working; it's only the 2nd HDMI port that's the issue. Hopefully J5Create will update the driver soon to enable this functionality. The device itself is nice enough so I'm still giving it 4 stars.

I bought this amazing dock because the official steam deck dock keeps getting delayed, so if you are like me and are looking for a suitable dock while the official one is having manufacturing/supply issues then you are in the right place!I want to start out by saying that there are cheaper docks on the market that MAY suit your needs just fine, but this dock checks a few extra boxes that I found would be a necessity for me either now or in the near future, such as! Display port (which is what I normally would use for my PC setup but we’re in a temporary living situation so I’m stuck with our tv for now), 100w charging capabilities, 3 USB 3.0 ports, an extra USB 3.1(type C) port and support for multiple displays.This thing checks all the boxes for me and probably for most* other people too, and I am also confident that this dock can and will prove useful to you for a myriad of other use cases in our future. I highly recommend this device!One thing to note, this does not come with its own power cable, you plug the charging cable for your steam deck(or macbook, or whatever) into the dock and then use the supplied pass through cable to your steam deck (or other device) to provide power to the dock.l and the device.Also, excuse the mess in the photos, I have way too much gaming gear in too small of an area
