Around an year ago I was diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea. I use the CPAP machine most of the times and sometimes due to my allergies I cannot use my CPAP machine. I bought this ring to check my oxygen levels during the sleep. I have bought multiple devices like dental mouth piece, Chinstrap, tongue retainers to see if any of them improved my sleep apnea. The app that comes with the O2ring helps in analyzing whether the devices worked or not. I clearly feel the difference when my O2 score is good vs when it was low. The O2 ring collects the data at 2/4 seconds intervals. Over all this is a very good device to check on the oxygen levels during your sleep and anything you can do to make you sleep better would reward you in near and long term.

Since coming out of ICU after COVID I have been on oxygen. I live in a house with 5 very active German Wirehaired Pointers it is not uncommon for my line on the concentrator to come off. My ring tells me. Or was out at a Mother’s Day brunch. My first Inogen if bumped will shut off. I was in line getting my food and my ring was telling me Low O2 I am wondering what is going on, checked the concentrator when I got back to the table and Yep it had shut itself off after bumping legs to chairs. Or one night it kept talking to me, I thought I was getting oxygen, checking things out I couldn't figure out what was happening. Well the ring was right, I needed to replace the oxygen line. I love my ring so much but the battery has to be charged daily, so I am ordering a second ring so I can always have a charged ring. The customer service is first rate, they always get back to you within 24 hours.There is another ring out there that claims it is waterproof and monitors oxygen. Some day it may but it has been sometime since the ring has been on the market, But that part of the app is not working yet. Plus you have to pair it with you app to know your O2 levels.If you are on oxygen your life is much more peaceful wearing the getwellue ring

I bought this but had to return it because the area I was taking photos in was too small. I ended up with an O ring light but it created shadows. I think this set would work great if you had the space.

Following my original review of my O2Ring that failed after a year, a representative from Wellue contacted me and offered to replace it free-of-charge, even though mine was out-of-warranty. Within a week of accepting their offer, I received a brand new O2Ring. I have only briefly tested the new one after receiving it and charging it, and everything seems to be working properly. Because of this great customer support, I am raising my original 3-star review up to 5 stars.Original review, November 15, 2021: 3.0 out of 5 stars. "The lights are on, but nobody is home." I needed an oximeter whose data could be imported into OSCAR (Open Source CPAP Analysis Reporter), and the O2Ring worked very well for that. I used it every night for a year, but then it began having issues, and while lights flash on it, it no longer does its job. First, the plastic top separated from the lower case because of broken plastic tabs inside; I secured the two pieces back together with some adhesive, and it worked fine. But then a month later, it ceased to record data in the middle of the night, then 90 minutes later, it came back on and started recording again; this is clearly evident in the data downloaded to OSCAR where there is a 90-minute gap. The next night, it would not display data, just a couple of flashing dashes, and the red LED inside the ring continually flashed, and it would not record any data. I reset the O2Ring to factory settings, but that did not restore it to working order. I give this 5 stars for the first year where it worked flawlessly, but only 1 star after it quit working; average that, and it rates 3 stars.

Item features function as expected. Lamp swivel mechanism needs improvement as plastic friction causes lamp stand difficult to rotate. I used plumbing O-ring grease to help reduce friction and it works great. Would buy again.

This works as described. Creates interesting graphs and stats. I haven't tried exporting the data. It gave me O2 ratings if 9 or over. I had my wife try it. She recently had an at home sleep study threw her doctor. They recommended additional testing. The O2 ring gave her a lower score of 7.6. So I'm pleased with the accuracy.
