Nostalgia
Purchased this as a present for my husband. Took him a minute to figure out how to utilize with an iPhone he did purchase an additional piece. He utilizes it and watches old movies and seems to really enjoy it.

Highly recommended, best build quality
These Yamaha speakers are worth it for the price. They are environmental speakers. Their build quality is great. I can feel they could last for 10 years in the weather we have in Stockton.Mounting system is great. Brass nuts, excellent quality plastic and solid construction. All I'm in love and I highly recommend them.Make sure your amplifier has enough power to produce bass you need. I have started recommending these speakers to my friends as well.

Excellent sound quality
For such a small package, the sound quality is excellent. I purchased 2 speakers and setup was really easy connecting the 2 as stereo speakers. I was surprised how much separation of sound in stereo mode there was between the 2 speakers. The app has an equalizer adjustment which is a nice added touch. If needed I would buy this brand again

Very suitable for small speakers
Very suitable for small speakers. It is good to have a warning that the connecting wires cannot be hidden in the tubes. Larger cable connectors do not allow passage through the cross-section of the holes.

Lot better than OEM
Stock speakers died. Installed in a 2005 Chev Silverado 2500HD Crew cab.Front doors. Some drilling required for a tighter fit. I disassembled the tweeter to use the existing mounts a little RTV and done. Use the crossovers even if you dont use an amplifier. Great sound at a low price.

Nice starter speaks.
Bought for my grandson. They work great and sound fine. Tinny but clear. I see what reviews meant by the thick wire connecting the speakers, it's a bit cumbersome. No batteries needed.

Amazing sound quality and value
Best speakers I've had. The sound is amazingly full and clear. Built-in amplifier keeps the desk tidy. I also like that they have built-in bass and treble adjustment. If they're sitting on the desk, putting something under them to tilt them up in the front increases the quality further.

Fantastic speakers as I ran almost a hundred feet
Fantastic speakers as I ran almost a hundred feet of wire from the computer to them, using a Lepai LP-2020A+ Tripath TA2020 class T Hi Fi amplifier. The sounds was crisp and clear and the bottom sound was out of sight. The only thing the package didn't include was mounting screws which should be included. Sounded as good as the Bose speakers I had before at 1/4 the price. Easy installation was also a great factor of these speakers. Would recommend them to anyone!
