The mic is very slim and has a good build quality, the tripod does the job of holding the mic well and adjust it towards your mouth eliminating non essential background noise and echo from your speakers if you are not using a headset.The controls are very limited and simple, you do not need to control the input level as it does it by itself or the software will control it like discord, so no mic gain knob which makes it simple. It does have a headphone out jack and a volume controller which is good to have it close to you.The mic is cardioid which is good to pick your sound from many direction where the mic is facing towards, this is great if you plan to put the mic a little far from you as you have your keyboard and mouse close to you, and the plastic mesh shield reduces breathing noise and pop when talking, however, I would like to have an adjustable shield.overall, good mic for streaming or discord when playing games.

This headphone is good, but not without its flaws. I wanted this headphone because of it price and good reviews; after my old trusty $15 DLAND headphone broke. Let’s get the good things out of the way first- 1. The smooth matte surface on the side feels very good to the touch, the massive cushion is very comfortable and can you can defitnetly use for a long time ( the cushion only have some noise isolation). The mic is decent, but if your using the foam condenser, you might struggle to mute and un mute your mic. This can fit a lot of people because of its flexibility on the headband. The best part of the headphone is the bass. The bass is strong and I can 100% recommend this to music creators. But that brings us to the 1 major flaw of this headphone - gaming. Using this headphone to play CSGO or any games that requires good hearing of footsteps or any sound cues is not gonna work. I don’t know if this is just my unit or in general, but I could barely make out any footsteps compared to my $15 DLAND headphone; and it's the game sound in general. You will barely hear the footsteps, and then once your teammate talks the whole game sound is just complete overtaken. Which the dialogue sound was... ok. It’s mushy. I wanted to buy this headphone to be able to play counter strike again, but now I have to wait another week to buy a new headphone. But at the end of the day, if you’re focused on audio production and you don’t care about gaming, this is a good budget choice; or you can use this for listening to music and you can buy another pair for gaming like all the ballers do :) But unfortunately this will not be part of my setup as I am a middle schooler that just want to play video games lol. In my opinion I do not game. But I do podcasting which is good. Cause I like to have a good mic for speaking into. But this product so far is my favorite. Also I would like there to be a headphone jack so you can listen to your own voice and how it sounds to you. So you can be more professional and sound better for your audience which they would love. Make it unique than any other mic.

Finally found compatibility with Razer Kraken gaming headphones.Had a struggle of a time to find out that dongles (female headphone jack to USBC/Type C) were not compatible with my gaming headphones. After a few purchases and returns, I realized I should try a female headphone/mic splitter to USBC/Type C.Works perfect with my MacBook Pro

Love this mic. I use it for podcasting and noticed an immediate improvement in sound quality over my previous mic. The price was right, the build quality is good and it's really nice that it's pretty much just plug and play. I recommend getting a pop filter or a pop shield along with a mic isolation shield, as the mic is very sensitive and picks up a lot of background sounds and room echo. Nothing a few acoustic foam panels can't fix. Also, love the built-in headphone jack for voice monitoring. I'd recommend this mic to anyone who's looking for a clean, crisp sound without having to pay over $200.
