My favorite thing about this lamp is how easily I was able to fit it out of the way; it presently is tucked away in a corner behind an armchair in my living room. However, despite the seemingly ideal use for it being to provide individual illumination for one area, I was able to use it to light up the entire room by tilting upward.The ability to change the brightness and color of the light is surprisingly well implemented, and works equally smoothly whether one uses the included remote or downloads the companion app to control the light via their phone. Speaking of, though I initially felt like using an app to control the lamp was a little excessive (this is the first device I've owned that allows for it), I did find the setup and use of the app to be very easy and intuitive.I was a little concerned with the stability of the lamp itself, but found it to be perfectly steady on it's own once assembled, and the way that I have it set up in the corner in my own use is even more stable due to the head being tilted up toward the ceiling, which let me stand it against the wall effortlessly.Overall, this has been a very pleasant product to put together and use. My only true complaint (and this is honestly a nitpick) is that the user manual has a number of spelling errors in it. However, these errors do not render the manual unreadable, and it includes several illustrations that make comprehension much easier.

As a decorative lamp, this one would be just ok. The telescoping pole and bulky control interface are not the most attractive to look at. The light fixture part and gooseneck are fine, however, as is the base.That's not the whole story to this lamp, though. The very best thing about it is that it is rechargeable and you can put it anywhere you want, no cord to the wall. There are so many places it would be great to have a lamp where you want it, like at the end of the couch far away from any wall. Or, at a spot in the room that has no outlet nearby but where you would like a light. The thick lamp control portion serves as a very handy and sturdy place to grab the light when moving it around, and the telescopic pole, though not uniform in appearance along it's length, becomes an acceptable trade-off for being able to adjust the height anywhere between full extension and about 2 1/2 feet.The lamp has multiple light temperatures and outputs. At 6500k (cold white) and 12 inches at full output, I measured 2000 lumens with my lumen meter, so plenty bright. The controls on the lamp work great, though the included remote has a few more buttons that let you adjust modes and brightness without having to cycle through as much. The telescopic pole and gooseneck allow a good range of both height and angle adjustment. I did not set up the app, as I found the lamp controls or remote to work just fine. It comes with a usb wall adapter, but I did find that it charges off of a regular usb charger as well.I ran it at full blast for 4 hours to see if the battery charge would drop, but it was still going strong. I'm not entirely sure how long it can run for on battery alone, and I didn't see anything in the description about run time. Of course, run time will vary on how much light output it is pushing. The charging port is up near the controls, so when charging the wire will be coming from fairly high up and to the socket, rather than from the base.The attractiveness of this lamp (though it's not ugly, just more functional than artsy) is largely based on being able to move it to wherever you need without needing to plug it in to use it. It's a great lamp for reading, or a night light for sleeping, or a light wherever you need to put it. The temperature modes and light levels available are as good as any LED lamp, so no compromises there, and the remote makes it handy to adjust from afar. I'm going to keep this near a wall and charged up, and unplug and use it in my office on a wall that has no outlet, or near the couch on the end that's not near a wall. It's a full-featured lamp that can go anywhere independent of wall power, and if that's something you can use I can highly recommend this one! Thanks for reading!

Stylish and customizable. This floor lamp is a nice compliment to any room. It looks nice, is cordless and rechargeable! The arm moves in so many directions you can move it any way you like. The remote is cool, but the app is even better. Since it is a smart lamp, I can control it from anywhere including choosing the color temperature. You have options when it comes to the lighting. Bright, warm, cool. My favorite thing is the nightlight setting. I included several pictures showing some different positions. Five stars all the way!

Well made, good looking, but short on battery/charge life. Needs AC connection most of the time.
