Good deal for a great microphone.
The sound of the VXR10 is very nuanced, bright and articulate, even at relatively high sound pressures. The microphone itself is very solid feeling, made of milled and formed aluminum. Lightweight but very solid. The enclosed mic. mount is also solid and precise, and has a reliable "feel" to it. The enclosed "deadcat" mic. windcover fits well and seems sturdy as well.In the package that I received, I found a short coiled 3.5mn T-R-S to T-R-S (Tip, Ring, Sleeve) cable suitable for video cameras and many other devices, as well as a longer 3.5mmT-R-R-S to T-R-S suitable for connection to most smart phones and tablets.Overall, I am extremely pleased with this economically priced, yet surprisingly capable microphone.

Best sound machine ever
The real, analog wind sound made by the fan in this unit is the best I have ever found for helping me sleep. Adjustment is simple for finding the tone that works most effectively to help me sleep. I have an older unit that I have had for nearly 10 years and it's still going strong. I got this one for traveling. Love it.
