Not faulty.
Not heavy and can be handled by a child. Simple operation and the sound is surprisingly loud but not loud enough to disturb our mom in the next room.

Fantastic Product
Very high quality product. I have one misshapen ear canal and these ear clip kind are all that will stay in my ear. Comfortable, very adjustable, great sound quality and volume for not being full headphones. Only earbuds I have found that are loud enough for use on the subway.

Wow!
After reading some reviews I was worried it wasn’t going to be loud enough but these are great! The sound is nice and loud. I mainly use it for watching shows or movies. Battery lasts about 12 hours for me before it starts getting low. For music it’s like any earbuds. You’re not going to get the deepest bass out of it like people want from full on headphones or subwoofers lol
