Great sound improvement to phone and computer recordings for remarkably little cost.
I sometimes have to shoot videos with an iPhone for work, and this little mic makes a very nice upgrade in the sound. You do need to buy an Apple Lightening to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter to use it with an iPhone (and you have to unplug the mic to hear playback). Well worth the cost.

Acuracy is good but band is really weak.
I like the information that it gives you and the fact that you can wear it while you are active. I play tennis, ride bicycle, play golf and all while using the ring. It keeps me informed of my O2 levels at all times. It is also very good for sleeping. The main flow that I have found is how weak the band is. I have 2, one for the day and one for the night. However, the band of the one I use during the day ripped. Instead of having to buy another, I found that I can cut a rubber band and super glue it to the bottom of the ring. I have done this a couple of times when the rubber band wears off and it works perfect. Highly recommend doing this to your ring when the band is about to break.

Great value for a ring light with stand and clip-o
This ring light has more light settings than my previous ring light, and I like being able to use either the stand or the clip, depending on where I need to use it.

Die Bildqualität ist nicht auf Niveau einer direkten VGA oder HDMI-Verbindung, für einen Dauer-Betrieb am PC-Monitor ist das leicht verschommene Bild aus meiner Sicht nicht geeignet.Für gelegentliche Präsentationen an alten Beamern o.Ä. ist der Adapter jedoch völlig ausreichend.

It is a good product for the price
I purchased this product because I needed a taller ring light. I am 5 ft 3, and it is a perfect height for me and I can raise it even higher. I also like that it can be condensed to use it on a table. I need to post pictures and videos online for my job. I was looking for a ring light in this price range. I have another one from this company that is shorter that I use on my desk, so I thought I would try this larger one. The ring light was easy to assemble, and it is very light weight. The light it produces is fine for what I need it for. The diameter of this ring light is smaller than some of the more expensive products sold, so keep that in mind. I appreciated that the power source is an AC adapter, as opposed to a USB port so I could easily move it from room to room. I also find the Bluetooth remote control really handy. I wish that this product came with a carrying case. I am giving the 4 star rating because I would have like it if the phone adapter was a slide in one, and not a screw in one. Overall, I am quite pleased with this product.

Easy adjustments for brightness, height, and overa
I have a few of these ring lights with stands around the house for different purposes and I have found this one to be exceptional. The design for holding the phone is easy to use and grips your phone safely with spring tension, but not too tightly.The brightness level is adjustable as is the tint. The buttons on the cord allow you to perform these operations. You will need a USB to wall plug adapter if you aren't using this near a computer or other way to power the USB. If you don't need the ring light, you can always use this without the light and just use it as a great collapsible tripod.

Better than the Wear O2
I started out with the Wear O2. "I have had breathing issues since having COVID last summer. Occasional readings with a regular pulse oximeter made it difficult to understand what was happening with my pulse and oxygen levels. After getting this, I could see patterns between my oxygen dropping and my heart rate increasing; I could even see what times/activities were causing my levels to drop the most. This has been a key part of communicating with my doctor and determining what course of action to take. " When I upgraded to the Wear O2 Ring I was very pleased. I had some issues with my original purchase and support helped me upgrade to the Ring and it is smaller and more comfortable. It also reads much quicker.

Felt Electric LEDR56B/927CA …5/6 Inch Recessed Lig
These lights are an outstanding value for the money. These are 75 Watt, 950 Lumen, Warm White bulbs and will match the color output of standard warm white bulbs. Let me say this, these lights are extremely bright and two of them in my 15 foot hallway really lights it up, beyond my expectations actually. Remember this, it is the Lumens that dictate the brightness, not so much the wattage, so at 950 Lumens these are the brightest 75 watt bulbs I have come across. Also, these are very easy to install, no electrical knowledge required, just a slight mechanical ability to remove the old bulb and 5/6 inch insert and screw in the adapter and the self explanatory spring inserts into the existing spring retainers and push the ring up flush to the ceiling. The only drawback was the outer ring needs to be wider in order to overlap the old ring marks so no paint line shows around the ring.
