"Almost" the Best Smartwatch
I've been wearing it for 11days now and so far it has exceeded my expectations.Battery Life: I fully charged it the first day and now it's 34% (11 days later). I have the watch display set to turn on when I raise my arm only. I have the watch tracking only about half the health data it could be tracking and I have it reassess my heart rate every 30min. The only alerts I allow are calls, texts, calendar, and Amazon notifications. I wear it all night when I sleep. So I'd say my usage is moderate. I would imagine with the Always On Display and having it track every health option it would consume the battery much faster. My charge time was about 2 hours.Battery Life (UPDATE): When I don't track my sleep with it and by putting the watch on Battery Saver mode while not using it (like at night) I charged it to 80% and then 20days later its now 38%.App Compatibility: It works with all the essential apps, it even works with Whatsapp.Health Tracking: So far everything seems accurate except for one problem. I work the night shift and the watch doesn't seem to understand how to track my sleep when I sleep during the day. It says my sleep is 100% light sleep only when I know for a fact that's not true since I am a very deep sleeper when I dream. When it tracks my sleep at night, it records very well. The Button: That button on the side is just a button, it doesn't scroll. You can program it to do certain shortcuts when you press it or hold it.The Display: It's plenty bright and it has auto dimming which is cool. As you can see in the photo, you can select a custom photo as your background (I chose a Batman them). The resolution is nice on the eyes and the screen is very responsive. It's not a flagship screen swiping experience but it's pretty dang close and it's hardly anything to complain about since the price for a watch of this caliber is unmatched.Water Resistance: You can definitely swim with this, no problems there at all. It will still display the time under water when I turn my wrist over, but the swiping feature doesn't work until you get it out of the water.Comfort: I always forget I'm wearing it. It's so light and the wrist strap never slips or irritates me. I wear it when I sleep and it never bothers me. The only time I take it off is when I shower or workout (I could leave it on for those things but I choose not to). This watch is great. I only say that's it's "almost" the best is because it doesn't know how to track sleep during the day. Other than that, this watch does everything you need a smartwatch to do, minus being able to respond to calls or messages through the watch. I don't need or want that feature anyways, that's what I got a phone for. I use a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and so far I don't have any compatibility issues. Took me a couple days of playing around with the watch's app to fine tune it so the watch runs the way I want it to, but the app was pretty straight forward.Love this watch, would recommend to anyone.

The Best sound you Never Heard
I just received the headphones today straight from Bose. I can spend my time writing about the aesthetics and the suppleness of the cushions that cradle my ears...but I'll leave that to the experts. If you're a regular guy like me, you want to know if its going to improve your marriage. You gotta know that if you plan to shell out $400, right? Well, let me tell you that it will absolutely move your marriage to the next level. What I am about to share is anecdotal, but hey that's life. My wife and I have been married 30 loving years. She loves to keep the home cool at artic levels. Who can sympathize with me? I have to put on a jacket in the house during the summer and winter. She has to have background noise when she sleeps. So she has a tornado sounding fan in our bedroom. Bose did not solve the artic blast in our home, but it did completely solve the sound of the tornado that lives in our bedroom. For the first time in 30 years, I can enjoy the sound of nothingness. It's like magic. I've tried marriage counseling (kidding honey), different fans, pleading, but only Bose made it happen. Here are the facts:1. Noise cancelling...Superb2. Comfort...I'll be sleeping wearing them3. Phone calls...Had a conference call with my team and I felt like I was in the room...and I never had to repeat myself.4. Sound Quality...It's a BOSE for goodness sake.5. Marriage...kicked it up a notch...I have to buy another one so my wife can sleep through my snoring and sleep whistling.6. Should you buy them? Only if you want experience bliss.

Momentum 4 > PX7 S2
KEY POINTSWhen compared against the Sony WH-1000XM5 and the Bowers & Wilkins PX7 S2, the Sennheiser Momentum 4 has the best sound, comfort (with and without glasses) and battery life from the three.Sony has the best ANC and microphones for phone calls (especially in noisy environments). The PX7 S2 is only the best when it comes to luxurious build quality. At everything else, it is surpassed by either the WH-1000XM5 (ANC, Comfort, Calls) or the Momentum 4 (Sound, Comfort, Battery, Calls). Additionally, the wearing sensors and microphones for phone calls do not work as one would expect.WHY NOT SONY?Their carrying case is huge, there is no aptX support, one must sacrifice LDAC when applying any EQ, the headband is too thin, the build quality is not worth 419 EUR (you can’t even replace the ear pads), there is no USB-C Audio and their battery life is half of the Momentum 4s.WEAK POINTS (MOMENTUM 4)The ANC is not as effective as on the Sony WH-1000XM5. In fact, even the WH-1000XM3 has significantly better ANC than the Momentum 4.Additionally, it is not possible to turn the ANC off. On the other hand, if you are sensitive to strong levels of ANC (a feeling similar to riding a high-speed elevator), you are allowed to adjust the level of ANC manually (something you can't do on the Sony headphones).BATTERY LIFENo need to analyse this. The Momentum 4s have 30 hours extra of battery life compared to the other two. The Sony’s might be the worse from the three if you plan to use LDAC, as this audio codec consumes a lot of battery (more than aptX Adaptive). Nevertheless, since you will probably turn off the wearing sensors on the PX7 S2, its power-saving mode won’t work so you might run out of juice before if you forget to manually pause your music or turn them off.SOUNDBassThe Sony’s have an exaggerated bass across the board. In fact, the upper-bass bleeds without regrets into the low-mids. This generates a bloated sound that lacks definition. The Momentum 4 has elevated sub-bass only and the elevation recedes in the upper-bass before entering the midrange. This generates a cleaner sound that allows the midrange to be perceived more clearly. Therefore, you can hear more details in the mix that would otherwise be masked by the boomy high-bass. Although the Momentum 4 has too much sub-bass, in my opinion, you can easily fix this in the App EQ. Another good news for users of the Momentum 4 is that you will still preserve the high bitrate codec (aptX Adaptive) when using any EQ; Sony users will need to sacrifice LDAC if they wish to EQ the default sound profile of their headphones. The PX7 S2 has very little sub-bass, tons of mid-bass and a better transition into the midrange compared to the Sony’s. Therefore, it is not boomy like the Sony but it tends to sound “cluttered” when the music gets too complex (or if there is lots of bass); you feel that the space between instruments gets lost during these instances.MidrangeThe usual strength of open-back Sennheiser headphones has always been the midrange. The HD 600, 650 and 660S all boast a present, warm and linear midrange. This usually increases the resolution, as there are no dips in the sound frequency response. The Momentum 4 follows suit with a mainly linear midrange, especially when compared against the PX7 S2, where the midrange is clearly recessed. The Sony’s midrange is also linear, but it has the bleed-through from the high-bass, which muddies its overall performance.TrebleThe Sony WH-1000XM5 has a second issue in its sound: it has a sharp roll-off in the high-treble region that dampens the sound and takes out “air” from the music. This is perceived as a “dark” sound signature. Neither the Momentum 4 nor the PX7 S2 have this issue. However, the PX7 S2 has some clear “coloration” in its treble; there are some peaks either in the low-treble or mid-treble. Combined with its exaggerated mid-bass, the timbre of the PX7 S2 tends to sound a bit nasal and not as full as one would expect (it does not sound very natural, although it might sound more exciting on certain songs). The Momentum 4, once more, has the most natural sound when it comes to treble. It is not sibilant or piercing, it does not accentuate any particular region, but it also does not lack air and extends way better than the Sony’s.BUGS?I have not experienced any critical issues with my pair so far. They charge as expected, they turn on when I take them out of the case and turn off when I put them back inside (you can also turn them off manually). They do not turn on while inside the carrying case either (even when carrying them inside a backpack). The wearing sensors work perfectly fine and I have not experienced a single false pause after more than a week of continuous use.The Smart Control App looks nice, modern, and it has worked quite fine so far (I’m using Android 12). However, firmware updates take a long time (around 25 minutes). During this time, your headphones must lay close to your smartphone. I never faced such time-consuming firmware updates with any other bluetooth pair before. This is something that will be an issue every time a new firmware update is available. Besides the time-consuming firmware updates, the App sometimes changes my selected EQ preset after opening it; I need to check that my EQ preset, which simply takes 1dB from the bass, is selected every time I open it.ANCThe ANC on the Momentum 4 is definitely worse than on both my WH-1000XM3 and the WH-1000XM5. No doubts. It is very clear that Sony is ahead of the game in this category. I didn’t have the chance to try the ANC on the PX7 extensively, but for sure it was also worse than on both Sony headphones.COMFORTWhen it comes to comfort, the headband of the Momentum 4 is by far the best. The Sony has the least amount of clamping force but its headband is too thin and does not distribute the pressure evenly. The PX7 S2 has a decent headband but its ear pads are stiffer (less soft) and generate pressure spots when wearing glasses. The WH-1000XM3 is the most comfortable for me when wearing glasses.BUILD QUALITYThe Sony is the worst when it comes to build. It uses only plastic and you can’t replace the ear pads easily. The Momentum 4 uses more plastic than the PX7 S2, but the inner side of its headband is covered with silicone, which endures better against sweat than synthetic leather. This is a critical point because the inner part of the headband can’t be replaced on any of these three models. Additionally, the lifespan of these products is also determined by its internal sealed battery: the longer a battery lasts, the longer the product will last. Therefore, even though the PX7 S2 uses more metal and looks more premium, I am not sure it will last longer than the Momentum 4.CONCLUSIONI need to admit that I will miss the portability and ANC of my WH-1000XM3. Additionally, the stepless adjustment of the headband on the Momentum 4 is annoying because I must invest more time to find the proper seal (the clicks on the WH-1000XM3 made it super fast to know where to adjust the headband). Additionally, not being able to turn off the ANC is worrying. If some microphones start to malfunction at some point, I won’t be able to use the headphones to listen to music because I can’t deactivate the defective microphones. This makes no sense to me.Finally, it is very easy to switch to wind-noise reduction mode on the WH-1000XM3 by clicking on the “Ambient Sound” button. If you want to switch to max wind-noise reduction on the Momentum 4, you must open the App, get inside the ANC module and select “Max” on the wind-noise reduction menu. But at least there is wind-noise reduction (quite important when walking outside).I do recommend the Momentum 4 so far. I do not see any reason to pay more for the competition. I will change my conclusion and rating if I experience any issues during the next months of use. However, taking into account you get the best sound, battery life and comfort for the cheapest price, it is a clear winner unless your priority is ANC (WH-1000XM5) or luxurious build (PX7 S2).

Great value, decent quality, a couple items could
I wasn't expecting much from this accessory kit, but honestly, it's actually pretty good. I love all the additional thumb screws, mounts, and the floaty handle - it's pretty much everything else that you would need for your GoPro. The included chest mount is nice, but I would say it might be a little small - if you have a large chest, you might need to reconsider using this one. The head mount has some gel for extra grip, and seems more designed to attach to a helmet than wearing it on your actual head. The one mount it doesn't have, though, is one for anything that uses a 1/4 threaded screw (most gimbals) - you'll most likely need to buy the official GoPro one or buy another third party one.Aside from that, though, the quality of most of the items are surprisingly good. I haven't been able to test the underwater case, but it seems solid. The silicone case that it comes with also has a little camera cover, which is really nice and is currently on my GoPro Hero 10. The case everything came in is large, and is holding my Zhiyun Crane M2S gimbal, GoPro, the underwater case, additional handles, some mounts, additional thumb screws, and extra batteries. The one item I don't really like is the three point arm. It's nice that they included it as kind of a selfie stick, but it just feels really cheap. I'm sure it'll be okay for most, if you aren't being aggressive with it, but it just feels like it'll break pretty easily.Overall though, I'm pretty pleased with this accessory kit. For the value, I don't think it can be beat.I'd give it a 4/5

Best by-type Bluetooth headphones I've used to dat
Update: I found me Achilles heel in this headphone. The mic hole is on the flat that rides against your skin. As I wear this thing just about every day working outside in the desert of Southern Arizona, it filled up with who knows what and nobody can hear me anymore. I tried cleaning it out but to no avail. I do love this headset, especially for the price, but the maker needs to take the mic hole and put it someplace where it's not going to ride against your skin.------------------------There's another brand I've reviewed that did very well for several months but then the mic quality went down and people couldn't hear me. Tried cleaning, disconnecting and reconnecting to the phone, and anything else recommended but nothing worked. Now my boys use them for their homeschooling videos. This set has been going strong the entire time so far. It could be because the mic hole is situated such that it doesn't rub against my skin any place and therefore cannot fill up with dirt, oils or skin cells. My only complaint is how long the wires are coming from the stiff collar piece. When they're hanging around my neck magnetized together, I often snag them on things. In fact, I'm on my second set of these because I damaged the first pair when they got caught on something as I was moving around. I thought about zip tying them a tad bit shorter but haven't done it yet. So far the best solution is to tuck them into my shirt pocket if I am wearing a button down shirt with pockets.Overall, a great headset for the price!

A decent headset at a decent price
Short answer: Good headset, worth the money.I purchased this headset to replace an older Corsair headset that still functioned, but had a broken mic boom and a battery that lasted less than an hour. Corsair makes a good product, but it didn't last as long as it should have for the $100 I spent, so I thought I'd try the G533.I'll skip the criticisms regarding plastic parts, since darn near everything is made of it these days. These feel solid and well built. The immediate difference I noticed is the comfort band takes some getting used to. It's not as cushy as the band on the Corsair, but I'm bald so haired people might not notice this. It feels okay after a few hours of wearing it butI can still notice the difference. The controls are nice and I appreciate the feedback sounds that confirm volume adjustment and muting. Logi uses a rheostat dial rather than the pressure slider on the Corsair which seemed cheap at first but now I like how responsive it is by comparison. Well played, Logi.I like the cans. They feel good on my ears and compliment the noise cancelling tech. My ears don't sweat. I've played music and games and the sound is of a good quality for the price. They aren't Bose or studio quality, but if that's your thing you're probably not looking at the 533 or reading this review...Lastly, the range... Wow! I have a large house on a corner lot and can walk all the way around the perimeter without losing signal. Granted, I do have a USB extender cord with the dongle at about the 6 foot level but nothing I've ever tried has this range.Good headset for the price.

Perfect speakers for raising volume
I have some trouble listening to television at the same volume level as everybody else; I need the volume higher to understand what's being said. The problem with earbuds is that they block outside sound too much; I can't listen to television dialogue and conversations and comments around me at the same time. This little speaker setup seems to have solved this issue.I can adjust the volume up just a little, and still hear someone next to me. There is a little bit of latency that makes the tv have a bit of an echo, but it isn't too bad if the tv volume is relatively lower. The best setup is to have the tv volume nearly all the way down, and these speakers up to a volume that's comfortable to me; the person next to me can hear it, too, so we both get to hear just fine AND comment to each other. Win-win!!The best scenario is getting to watch tv late at night at my own comfort level, and still be able to hear anything that might come up...this was always my fear when wearing earbuds at night (I wouldn't be able to hear anything outside of the television).Although the neck speaker system is hard plastic, it's quite light, and so very comfortable around my neck. The controls are intuitive and easy to manipulate. The fidelity is great (I've raised up the volume all the way up) for what I've been using it for. The built-in inherent EQ tends to put it in the higher frequency range (most likely because the speakers are so small), but I didn't find it annoying or distracting. If earbuds or headphones are not what you want, I'd recommend trying this out.Recommended,.

Great value, lots of ways to connect!
I've used many headsets in my time and this one is probably one of the best I've used for the price! There are a handful of things that I look for in a headset: audio, connectivity, mute button, battery, comfort, noise cancelling.Audio quality is clear, loud and adjustable. I've used it for background music, YouTube, games, and calls and all of them sounded great! I heard a couple of popping sounds while messing with it, but it seemed like I might have caused it. On a call, I tested the noise cancelling and overall it was pretty good. The other person couldn't hear it unless it was very loud on my end. This headset also checked my box for connectivity and the mute button. Though I may not use it much, I really like having a physical mute button which it does. As for connectivity, I like being able to use it wired or wireless and also via Bluetooth. The dongle is nice for a desktop, Bluetooth for phone or laptop. I didn't do anything but listen to music though the cord, but it sounded good and it's a nice backup if having issues with wireless.Last items I look for are battery and comfort. You don't want to wear a headset for hours that doesn't feel good and this headset is cozy! The cushions are soft and it's pretty light. I had no issues wearing it for a long gaming session. Battery life next, this lasted for many hours without needing charged. It's also USB C and charges quick. Only complaint in this section is that the battery is not removable, but in this price range that is very uncommon. For the price, this headset performs great! It's got many features that help make it shine and amazing sound quality!
