It's a great product.We use it for our realestate office.We have a lot of visitors, agents and interns at our office, and this app, and product keep things moving.WiFi and vacation/temporarily suspending users would be a lot easier that totally dropping them, as the app makes you do inorder to deactivate an account.

Awesome experience so far
My friends gifted this to me. It looks really awesome, and I am sure it's going to be helpful as we are prepping for the new baby's arrival. The agents at DBpower are really helpful to guide me through the warranty, and free gifts. I have not started using it yet but I really hope it will meet our expectations once we start using.

Great for Call Center agents that work from home!
Comfortable and great sound quality. I work from home for a Call Center, so I wear it for 8 hours a day and it works great!

They work but the app is lame
If Yi would spend some time fixing the outdated and awkward app, the cams would be more useful and I'd give this product 5 stars. The app needs so many fixes I don't even know where to begin. And also there are virtually no instructions that explain everything for this camera. The good news is that they have good customer service agents who actually answer the phones and will walk you through the set up process if you have problems. Once I figured out the first one, the rest set up nearly automatically. FIX THE APP!!!!

Home security
Purchased this in response to Letting agents, arranging inspections and sending very dodgy contractors round to my flat at very short notice, when I’m not there. Easy to set up the app, and you can take good quality images and videos.

Great for in the car
Bought for my college son. He uses it while driving in the car. Says its got great sound quality and gets pretty loud. Loves it!

Pretty Good Bond
At least Bond is a real Macho in this one and not a woke soy boy. Not bad all around and pretty good female agents in this one. Love Mum as well.
