Product works great, but one of the six units does not function at all. The battery and charger will not work. I tried swapping batteries and chargers since you have six of them. Still would not function. The other five work very well.

Great for the price. it DOES work with Windows 11
purchased to use to backup my pc. I saw a review that states it is not compatible with Windows 11 so wanted to share my experience. The software installation encounters an error but does install. I don't use the software though, i copy the files just using Windows Explorer or robocopy. I use Windows 11 and the disk shows up right away when plugged in and already formatted for Windows. I Bitlockered it for security with no problems. Otherwise I did not have to do anything special to make it work.

Does not work properly with Apple Ipad
I ordered this to work with my apple ipad, the plug in does not go far enough in to connect properly. The only way to get sound is to force it in with full pressure and hold it there. Definitely not good for a apple ipad. I also found these small, no adjustments to enlarge. One size doesn’t fit all.

DOES NOT WORK WITH GOOGLE HOME AS STATED!
The switch itself was OK, very sensitive to the touch. If you touch the fan, sometimes the light would go on. It worked perfectly with the Smart Life or Treat Life apps. HOWEVER, it will not work with Google Home Assistant! (see other reviews). The company don't respond to phone calls (voice messages left - only option you have when you call them). Email or message sent on their website. I'll be sending this back immediately!Update: Company for back to me and I am currently working with them on a fix.

Does not work with Alexa in Colombia, S.A.
It does not work with Alexa, something that is not noticed or announced, before buying I asked if it would work in Colombia, South America and the answer was yes. On the other hand, I use Alexa with other devices without any problem.

Does not work well with just wifi
I had to plug this into the ether cable for it to work. I thought I had decent wifi. but apparently, it takes a lot for that to work with this device. Everything else works great. the downside is the ugly cords.

Remote does not work at long distance
The remote does not work when you are more than five feet away. I had to use the timer to take a group picture on an event. Remote would not work. The tripod was fine, but useless if the remote doesn't work.
