Good Handheld
Great little radio, works excellent on FRS and GMRS frequencies from 30 miles away can talk anywhere in state, Ham bands you would need an external antenna on vehicle or house just as a hand held doesn’t have enough juice to reach repeaters although reaches GMRS repeaters great.

Bought this for our mother who is 96 years old. We wanted something that would bring back memories, easy for her to use. Mom has dementia, and this radio brought her mind into focus, she has no trouble using it! Made her happy! Thank you!

Great inexpensive mic.
I wanted a desk mic for my ham station, but if you know anything about amateur radio you know how much money it takes to build a quality station. This mic was less than $ 25 and would have cost well over 100 if I went with the radio brand. I get excellent audio reports with this mic and that is all that matters. When I tell them its a cheap XM8500 they want to know where to get one. I am going to get another one for one of my other radios so I don't have to keep disconnecting and moving it around. This mic is also very well built and made out of quality materials. It came in a very nice foam lined case that will never see the light of day, but if you plan to use it on the road, the case will keep it looking like new.

Best clarity of all
The media could not be loaded.
I'm sure this is the best Bluetooth radio ive heard. It doesn't sound like a Bluetooth speaker at all, more like a bookshelf stereo.There is no muddy bass at all, it hits clean and sounds great.Theres some sound control like bass and treble along with a loudness setting for outdoor.It looks really slick i love the colors it matxhes my Klipsch floor standers.Really glad to have found this, it will be used daily.The local radio works really good and theres an antenna on top.Watch my video to hear it play a song while i tinker with settings.

A favorite purchase
Bluetooth hooked up easily to my computer and phone. Sound was perfect. Love the FM radio capability. Even in our area where it's hard to pickup channels, it's internal antenna did a really good job for such a little item. Stations that could be heard were clear and steady. Instructions are choppy but provide enough information to understand the button functions. Sound may not be sufficient for audiophiles -- but for the regular person, this is the best portable, wireless, speaker/radio I have seen.

Great value for the price
I purchased this mainly for the fm radio feature. The other waterproof shower bluetooth fm radio I had was horrible. This has an antenna and the station I like to listen to in the shower comes in clear as a bell. Also when playing music from my phone I can crank up the vol and this rugged little brick does not crack,it sounds great. You cant beat the price either. And the distance on the bluetooth is awesome and through walls.

Great sounds and easy connection about 3.5 hrs on charge. But only lasted 8 months and then died won't power on.

I tore my ham string and had severe bruising on ..
I tore my ham string and had severe bruising on the back of my thigh. I really believe this product helped very much in my bruising healing faster.
