Failure on a basic level
I used this external disk drive as a back up drive for my main computer (Storing weekly backup data) this week I went to use it and it was completely unavailable. It can not even be formatted again. Had I required the data contained within to restore my system, I would have been out of luck. Do not trust important data to the Toshiba External drives!!!

Works like a charm! Very simplistic!
Works like a charm on Playstation 4! Takes 10 minutes to get rolling with new data. Very simplistic -- anyone can do it!Plug it in, go to memory, format as external (takes 10 minutes), then move data as needed. If you're looking to move around 1.4GB of excess data like me to the external unit it's gonna take quite a while. It took me a full 26 hours to transfer that much data, so be warned now.Works extraordinarily well! Would buy again! I've already recommended this extraordinary Seagate product to friends!
