Got the 3 camera bundle. Works perfectly! Great picture/video. Typical 2.4ghz connection may be tricky with dual band routers for non-techie types. (tip.... instead of changing router from 5 ghz to 2.4 ghz was easier for me to get as far away as possible from router to still get a signal then setup connections initially since 5 ghz doesn’t reach as far and 2.4 ghz takes over.) The app is not quite as intuitive as I’d hoped but the learning curve isn’t bad. Biggest issue for us is not being able to access cameras on multiple devices simultaneously. It would be good if we could each view cameras from different devices without kicking each other off the app. Night vision is a bit pixelated but that may be normal for low light video. Pretty impressive nonetheless. Overall feeling more secure with these cameras in place.

Love these cameras when they are working right, but good luck troubleshooting on your own. Good thing they have excellent costumer service people like Tanya.

I bought the 270EX for my Powershot G10, simply because the thought and usability of putting my 580EX II on a "point and shoot" camera is quite comical. The flash on the Powershot G10 isn't that bad, but I've got a Lensmate with a UV filter and the G10's onboard flash is effectively cut down and makes shadows because of the barrel of the Lensmate.The decision came down to the 220EX and the 270EX. The 270EX's ability to bounce the flash towards the ceiling so I am not blinding my subjects is pretty nice. It also puts distance between the Lensmate, so I can have a "mini-SLR" rig instead of the full 5D Mark II and accessories. And the price difference was negligible.Like anything, there's a tradeoff. Smaller flash units means less power, and thus less distance. Instead of the LCD I'm used to on my 580EX II, I've got to control everything from the camera's LCD, which is no real big deal. But since it's smaller, I'm more likely to carry it than not in a jacket pocket.If you've got a Powershot G series camera, you might want to consider this flash. It's worked fine for me, and would probably even work if you had one of the Digital Rebel series instead of the 430EX II. But like anything photography related, you get what you pay for BUT the more you spend, the more time it takes to adequately learn it.

Updated 03/08/22. Had a problem with playback not working properly. Contacted support and spoke to Riley. He was kind and patient. Worked very hard to resolve the issue. Thank you Riley and Amcrest Support.I've had the cameras for a year or so now. The cameras are just average but the support has been fantastic.I worked with a very nice and helpful lady named Diana B today who assisted me with set up after I changed ISP's. She was patient and very knowledgeable.

Called tech support talked to Patric Spencer , was very help full. I have these cameras in two locations and I love them. I had another brand and one day they worked and the next they did not.

I recently purchased several of these cameras and they really work very efficiently and are super easy to set up. Once you have a smart phone and wi-fi where you are setting them up it takes about 5 to 7 minutes and Angela from the Faleemi Support Team is very helpful if you have any questions. The picture quality is excellent and being able to pan remotely gives you a very good view of the area. The alarm record and alert features are also very good!

Raymond Hayes was my tech from Amcrest. He logged in to my computer and setup my cams and PC-NVR recording. I was pulling my hair out and he had me setup perfect in 10 - 15 Minutes. I will never buy any other brand camera for my stores.

I have bought 4 cameras and they are pretty much easy to set up initially. When I moved I had a harder time connecting them but I called customer support and they were pretty helpful. Selena was patient and stayed on the phone with me for a long time until it was able to be set up and she even updated the software for me via remote access. The cameras are better than the ones installed by a professional. I love the zoom feature, night vision and the fact that you can speak through it. Great purchase.
