I have only used the camera during the winter for snow activities so far but I am impressed at the quality of the videos and variable setting for the cost being under $100. I purchased the chest harness to use while skiing which I use the most. My only issue with the camera is the power button has locked in the ON position a couple of times so I had to remove and reinstall the battery. The camera was in the case both times and the outside temperature was below 20 degrees F. The battery life is also shortened by the cold weather sohaving the extra battery is very good. Overall, I really like the camera.

when camera arrived i set up and had the same issue others are having, no night pics and stopped taking pics after a day or two,, i knw moultrie is a great brand i have 6 year old moultrie cams i still use,, i did some resesrch and once finding out there is a firm ware update which is easy to install on the camera,, by going to moultriefeeders.com/firmware-faq. the camera works as it should and i am satisfied for the price for sure. before you return the camera if you have these problems update the firmware,, you wont be dissapointed

04/25/21 UPDATE...Ok, my bad,, I continued to work with Soliom Tech support, and discovered for some unknown reason the problem turned out to be my ROUTER,, NOT THE CAMERA (although the router DID WORK for some of my other devices). I swapped routers and reset and reconfigured my Soliom camera to my new router. It has been ONLINE and WORKING EVEN AWAY FROM HOME for over a week now.. So my apologies for my previous remarks about the camera. Soliom support NEVER stopped helping me get the camera operational. Please disregard my previous update.Update, Less than 2 months , I CAN'T get access to the Camera, it stays offline and won't come online.. I have worked with Soliiom support multiple times, no resolution yet, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE, too late to send back to Amazon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this wireless camera. TOO FLAKY., seldom if ever can see camera away from home, NOW I can't even see camera on my own wireless network fromy home.only works on 2.4 Gh wi-fi but not 5Gh, Camera has great quality picture, Not impressed with the app, it could use some work. I have communicated multiple times with Seller support about inability to view camera away from my local wi-fi. I am unable to view camera away from home (a feature I was really looking forward to using) Support recommended I try a different phone (which I don't have nor do I intend to get) so I pretty much gave up on the ability to monitor away from home. Support wanted remote access to my network which I denied for obvious reasons. The app Soliom+ could use some help, and the instructions and pdf file pn the website are inconclusive for troubleshooting. (for the record, I am able to remotely monitor another family business security system with my phone using a different app so my phone IS CAPABLE of remotely monitoring a security system just not my Soliom camera.. Build quality is nice, I added additional batteries which lengthens the life of the camera operation on non sunny periods. I like the pan and tilt options. Great little camera, Soliom just needs to improve their app so it works remotely.

I have been using this for over a month now and there are a few issues. I also got their solar panel which is great so i don’t have to take it down to charge the battery.The camera doesn’t capture all of the motion movements and when it records the motion, it doesn’t record right away when it sees someone, it is always a few seconds delayed.You cannot move the camera up or down, side to side using the app, you will have to physically move the camera.It does not record if the motion is animals.Overall it is an alright camera, it is what you get for the price.

This camera is wonderful ! The picture quality is amazing super user friendly! The app well equipped and easy to use. We love it at home ! I had some issues with my camera but I spoke with costumer services, they replaced it right away and even help me fix the first camera to let me keep it. They have a very efficient costumer services very kind and polite but also professional. Is actually a relief to know that a product we use everyday has warranty and a reachable costumer services. Everything is done by email but they are very helpful and straight forward. Get this Camera you wont regret it !

I really like this camera and feel it is a very good camera and a good value. I gave it four stars for picture quality, night vision and motion detection. What made it a five stars for me was all the features this camera offers, like the ability to run it off a solar panel and also my favorite feature is the time lapse mode that does timelapse video in camera. Some cameras just compile all the timelapse images and you have to put them together yourself when editing. So it is 5 stars for me. I did a complete video on it on my storefront in the video section.

I needed a drop-dead simple way to record my public speaking events and wasn't ready to invest hundreds of dollars on a camera. I've been stung by expensive tech that I never really used much and this camera was at a perfect price point for both utility as well as getting comfort w/ an action cam before I made a larger investment. So far, so good. The camera is easy to use, comes with a ton of extra gear, 2 batteries, charger, camera encasement and anything else I'd need. I'm very happy so far.

I wasn't sure how I was going to mount my baby monitor camera to an optimal position. This was easy to set up and clip on to a shelf, then moved to the right position, and hasn't moved since. Perfect solution to mount a camera.
