Great monitor, even better customer service
We love this monitor. My husband did a lot of research on monitors before our first baby and we have had nothing but a positive experience. Our signal started to cause some issues, always beeping, etc. As we tried to troubleshoot it the antenna became loose. I reached out to customer service and had a wonderful experience with Vanessa. She was responsive & very kind.

Great Monitor!
I’ve only had this monitor for about a month but so far it’s been great. Battery life and range are fantastic for what I need! The antenna broke on my when I went to pull it up one day so I contacted customer service to see about any warranty. They responded very quickly and sent me a new parent unit. Would definitely recommend!

Great product and customer service
Excellent product and fantastic customer service! Love that this is close circuit (no WiFi= Virtually no chance hacking of outsiders into your feed). I’ve needed two replacement monitors, one was dropped by my toddler which broke the screen and in the second the antenna snapped off, in both cases I received either a 50% reduction or free replacement! Very responsive and helpful customer service. Highly recommend!

Pretty good
This is the big brother of the previous solium camera I bought. I was having trouble connecting the first camera but this model with its longer antenna got it to work. One improvement I wish it had was blocking out areas where I don't want it triggering the motion detector. To where I want it pointed there's a highway where it'll trigger the recording pretty much every second.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! My 1 year old son was playing with it one day and broke the antenna. I didn’t want to have to buy all parts again so I emailed customer service. They were quick to respond and replaced the monitor piece within the week for free! Definitely recommend emailing them if you have any issues. Overall, it has been a very reliable monitor.

Works as it should and is easy to install
There’s a certain road that I have to drive where my calls are always dropped, so I was happy to try this product. I installed the cell signal booster kit, which took about 5 minutes, and headed for the road. The signal strength just driving to the dead zone road was great..much stronger than before! On the dead zone road itself I had 4 bars signal and my test calls were not dropped. This device worked great! I am technologically challenged but even I had no issues with set up and use of this item, it’s that simple. This particular booster kit is the latest upgrade and is compatible with all carriers. It has 50dB and should work in cars, trucks, and RVs, according to the manufacturer. I only have a car. The kit includes an outside antenna, inside antenna, power supply cord, and a Drive Reach Signal Booster.

great!
We have been through several monitors. This one is awesome. great image quality, nice big screen and long distance range. We bought it for the range bc we have a long L shaped brick house that makes transmissions challenging due to layout. This one performs very well. And customer service was excellent!! My kid broke the antenna and they sent us a new one that week.

Great monitor and amazing customer service
We have had our monitor for three years and use it for two children. After years of daily use, the antenna came loose on the device. We were happy to purchase a new one, as we have been so happy with the company, but reached out to customer service in case they had any troubleshooting ideas. They sent us a new monitor - free of charge! Incredible service!
