Solid radio, maybe better options for the price though
Everything functions well on the radio. The battery life is great and the reception is about what you'd expect and really pretty good--a few days on the 1W setting and assuming you're not doing that much talking.I use it when I go fishing and really like having the 220 band to be able to have a bit less congestion on the frequency to talk with fishing buddies on.Overall very happy with the purchase, however when looking around for other models, there may be cheaper prices than here.

This is a great case to protect you hard drive aga
This is a great case to protect you hard drive against bumps & dings but is not waterproof but water resistant & title should be changed before someone attempts to scuba dive or kayak with this thing attached to a Go Pro or something & lose all their data. I really like the 2 SD card size slots on the back of cushin pad & usb mesh pocket on the inside of clamshell & the elastic bands hold your HDD in place well. Ive not used the lanyard hookup feature on outside of case but looks as if it could be handy for different situations. Ive removed 1 star due to lie in title description but would still buy & recommend this product again.

Almost a perfect fit
I like the case, it offers good protection without adding too much bulk. I was surprised it is shockproof and waterproof. I haven't tested out those features but if it does uphold, it is definitely a plus since the case is carrying all your data. It comes with a clip so you can secure it on something. The only thing I don't like about it is that when you add the hard drive and the usb cable together in the case, it adds a little bump. It is not a big deal, but it takes it out of the "perfect fit" mold and that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

It's a snug fit when the cable is in the case with the external drive, but it feels sturdy and secure.
