A must for newer tvs, now we can hear clearly, not muffled anymore, would buy again

Great sound and background noise cancellation.
I was surprised by the sound quality of these speakers. I use the headphones for yoga nidra, my husband could not hear any sound laying next to me, and I could not hear any background noise, which is a bonus to completing a restful sleep yoga routine.

Still going strong 11 years later
I bought a set of these in 2010; it's now 2011 and these speakers are still working great and still sound great. I can attest to the longevity and build quality of these speakers.

Very good value; highly recommended
You can always trust Yahama for making quality products. That is why I bought them and they proved to be MUCH BETTER than the speakers that they replaced. Excellent value. I can hear things with these that I never heard with my old speakers.

BOXY SOUNDING BUT GOOD
It's pretty good I refuse to say "good for the money" cause money games hard now-a days however it has a slight, faint boxy sound, otherwise you hear all the highs seems to open up another dimension to your music you hear stuff, good stuff you my not have heard before, man if they would just do something about that boxy hollow sound at low volumes, it's loud, put it like this it's a great compliment to some good tower speakers.

Sound sounds amazing!
The sounds for music sounds amazing! Now alex listneing is alright. sometimes doesn't hear me and I have to scream a little to hear me. Other times i talk in normal voice and it can hear me. But overall its really good. 4/5
