I bought these lights because I make videos and I needed better lighting. What I noticed is that if I have my room light on and these on its perfect lighting. They work great! Everything came nicely packed, nothing missing or broken. They don't have have instructions, but they were easy to put together.

I love how the legs are so bendy and adjustable. I can wrap it around anything. I use for when i'm working out and have work out videos on.
