Good product at this price
This radio is a very good buy at the price. It is far from perfect mostly with how they have implemented the features and programming. Its not easy and somewhat obtuse but once they are programmed all is OK. It has other limitations but again when you consider the price is a good deal.

Good action camera for the price!

This is a good action camera for the price. However, it does have a crackling sound on occasion which in all fairness I'm unsure of the culprit (the case it's in, car vibration, etc.). The video in this review is of that crackling sound. That video is super crisp though (me driving home at sunset somewhere in Nevada coming from Yosemite). I bought this camera mainly for a trip I made back in October to Yosemite National Park. I rotated between my phone's camera and this camera in Yosemite. There was one section in Yosemite that I had to be hands free, so I had to use my Akaso (the camera was mounted on my backpack). The video I took of that experience alone on my Brave4 was worth the price in my opinion because I'll always be able to see and relive that memory.

Fun Camera That's Easy to Use
This camera is highly intuitive to operate and comes with a ton of accessories. It has a waterproof case that can be opened by sliding over a tab on the top. The power button is on the front, the shutter button is on the top, and there are zoom buttons on the side. These buttons also have operating functions when you are in the menu mode. There's also a display screen.It includes a charging cable and various mounting accessories. This camera is a great way to get a ton of fantastic pictures without even thinking about it. You can just clip it onto your clothing, set it to take pictures, and go about your day. The camera is durable, lightweight, protected from the elements, and easy to use.The camera comes in a very nice box and would make a thoughtful gift for the photographer in your life. The picture quality is also very good. This action camera is a wonderful accessory for anyone who enjoys photography.

Works great on my Spartan GoCam
After reading the reviews I was concerned this solar panel would not have enough power to charge the solar panel batteries when using my Spartan GoCam. I've been using it for over 2 weeks now without any batteries in my camera. The daily report shows the camera is fully charged - every day. I'm assuming people who said it did not provide enough power did not have the panel angled properly for the sun's path. This is way better than the Spartan Solar panel (I have that as well) because it keeps my camera fully charged by the batteries in the solar panel and is way cheaper than the Spartan panel. There are 3 sets of cables for different game camera's. One of the cables fit the Spartan camera without modification. It was simply a mount and plugin operation.

My AKASO V50 Elite review
This is a great little camera that is a perfect replacement for someone thinking about getting another Hero camera. I have a Hero 3 and was seriously thinking about getting a new Hero when I found this camera. This AKASO V50 Elite does everything that my Hero 3 does and better. The best thing about it is that all the accessories came with it with no additional charges like you have to pay with a Hero making the price about 1/3 of the price for a new Hero camera. This AKASO V50 Elite does everything that I want with a perfect picture and in my opinion...a better picture than the Hero cameras. I couldn't be happier and more pleased with this AKASO V50 and if you get one, then use it...you will see for yourself how much better it is than a Hero series camera.Paul SlonakerFort Worth, Texas

So Far, So Good
Just opened the camera and, after figuring out how to remove it from the packaging, everything seems pretty good. The controls are fairly straightforward, as are the menu options. I have tried several different video resolutions/frame rates and find them all to be pretty good quality, especially for the purposes of this camera. The photos are not as impressive, but that's not what I purchased the camera for, so no big deal. It comes with a bunch of accessories, most of which I will never use, but some people may find them handy. I am particularly impressed that it comes with TWO batteries, as well as a separate charger so that you don't have to switch batteries in the camera to charge them both.P.S. - This is a real review, by a real person who will definitely be using this camera on vacation this summer (or that's my plan)!

Great customer support. Great value for the money
I reached out to customer service and they were eager to make it up for me. The camera packs so many features for the money. It is highly rated for a reason.Great customer service and action camera.Even though when I got the camera, there was (is) an air bubble on the back screen of the camera. I tried to turn on the remote control as directed by the downloadable user guide and the remote wouldn't turn on. Tried the WI-Fi in accordance with the manual and it kept cutting off.Supposedly this camera is rated very high. But deformities are so obvious.Even though I got locked out of 4k recording and 2k recording for an unknown reason. I am going to give it 5 stars even though I returned mine that was a bad unit.You can't beat the value for your money on this one.

Good little camera for a good price
I took this camera out for a 3 tank dive in southern California back in October. The camera works really well. I was able to change modes and Adjust settings using the buttons while under water. The shutter button on the water housing doesn't quite reach the shutter button on the camera so I had to improvise a little and put something in between the two. Battery life seems good. I was shooting and filming for about 30 minutes each dive and barely went through the fist battery. I had some setting wrong for the video, I think the ISO or exposure, so my videos came out completely washed out. Overall, good camera for what you pay. The latch on the camera housing does seem pretty cheap and if anything is going to break it's going to be that

Super pleased....and water proof too
This is a pretty incredible camera and a really super deal. We bought it to put on a stand to take photos of the animals coming to our spring. We've gotten so awesome pictures of coyotes, deer, birds. Sharp photos and great detail. Very easy setup. We also found out how durable and water-proof it is when the dry gulley where we had it set flooded with a flash flood that covered our camera we had set up on a t-post. The first photo shows our camera just barely over the surface of the water....the second shows where it went under. We thought well, that was it and just figured on purchasing a new one. We were incredibly surprised that not only did our camera survive being completely submerged for hours, but the pictures were intact. Could not recommend this camera more.
