I like the Baofeng products, including this radio. Alas, the new UV-5X3 went dark after a week. Customer support at BTECH immediately issued an RMA to return, which I used to mail the dead 5X3 last Tuesday. On Saturday, a new replacement 5X3 arrived - quick replacement. Problems do occur, then the customer's remedy is the seller's support group, which at BTECH performed perfectly to correct this issue. Thanks! Incidentally, I love the 5X3 including scanning within programmed limits. -And the Nagoya TriBand rubber ducky makes a great addition for jumping band-to-band. Thanks, guys!

Nothing bad to say!
I've had this for a year and just decided to write a review because, wow, it was maybe the most-used item I've gotten on Amazon in the past year. Very reasonable price, LOVE the compact size, good battery life and easy to charge. Just a great product and definitely recommend. It looks so discreet on my counter and I've taken it with on many trips as well.

Sounds good not bad
I returned because I need a louder one,and more natural sound,if u looking for something to listen music or game after 10 pm go for it!!

Not bad but fingerprint sucks
The fingerprint feature is not great. The rest of the lock is fantastic.Update-Great customer service. We were contacted fast about our issue and the company went above and beyond to resolve our problem.

Current price is not bad
$85 is not a bad price for this. I bought this years ago when it was sold for twice that. If size is your primary concern then this is great. Otherwise I don’t think you have to spend much more for a bigger night vision monocular for longer viewing distance. If you have an IR flashlight at the very least you can shine it in a field and see any eyes of animals looking at you if any from the IR reflection. I’ve found this mini night vision monocular most useful as an electronics debugging tool. I’ve worked on some projects that involved IR light and this allowed me to confirm if it was or wasn’t working properly.

Its not bad at all.
For its size (surprisingly small when i took it out of the package)...it has an all right sound. There is a little bass to it. Otherwise very bright sounding. Battery life seems good. Connectivity is fast. It works for pool side.

Not bad for the price, however....
...the sound quality is just ok. For what you pay, not bad. But for me, there was just too much bass. I had to download an equalizer app on my phone so that I could adjust the bass and treble. The fit on my head wasn't bad. It was comfortable for a two hour movie. In the end, I'm taking off one star for the bass, but will give overall quality four stars.

Not Bad for a Small Light
Bought these to install at the top of the fence to light up when I let my dog out at night.Works perfect and allows me to see where my dog is.The only thing I would ask for in an improvement is maybe allowing the lights to remain in longer after detecting motion
