More useful features than the dual band, even if you don't need 220 Mhz.
This triband radio is great. Has features the dual banders don't have, like adjustable Tone Deviation, and "Sync" memory selection so frequency is shown at top, and Named channel on bottom. Very helpful. Even if you don't need 220 Mhz, it's a better Dual Band radio than the strict Dual Band only radios

Setup Initially Failed
Setup failed because the unit wouldn't play with my AT&T dual-band router. After activating and using the router's Guest SSID (which operates at 2.4 GHz only), setup completed with no issues. Unit has operated as advertised so far.

Great Smart Bulbs
Had a bit of trouble setting them up as my router is dual band, so i had to go into the settings and disable 5 GHz so I could set them up. Otherwise they work perfectly.

Auto unlock is temper-mental
The install went well, and the set up in the App. But getting the auto unlock to work consistently was a hassle. Also we've found that if you have dual band internet, you need to try to ensure you are connecting to the same WiFi as the lock for the auto unluck to work right. This can be problematic for people with phones that auto-connect to the best WiFi in their house.

Dodgy with some wifi routers…
We bought a high-end multi band wifi router for COVID, but ended up linking the CHIME to our old xfinity wifi because the chime wouldn’t link to the high-end router.

A bit tricky but affordable and good!
A little tough to integrate as my wifi router is a dual band and changes automatically between 2.4 and 5ghz, but with the AP setup mode and a call to xfinity they're now set up and work fine. Using the app is optimal and there is a huge spectrum of color and options. Alexa works pretty well also, though less options and sometimes is hard to get accurate temp/brightness. The bulbs also have a few built in patterns that are fun. For the price though these are great compared to other smart bulbs

You may need to install a dual band wifi extender.
Works very well. Took some adjusting but it's sensitivity to movement has been moderated.
