BTech makes great radios and rocks customer service!
I bought a UV-5x3 about a month ago, and I love it. It is easy to use and sounds great. Unfortunately, a part of the charging system, the desk stand, stopped working. I e-mailed customer service to see what could be done. I got an answer from a real person within two hours (regular business hours). After a few troubleshooting e-mails, she had a new part for the charging system on it’s way. I am very happy with the radio and service! Way to go, BTech!

Great product
I am loving this camera, still figuring out all of the features as this product has many, I'm finding video tutorials online to be very helpful as the user manual can be vague at times.

Great night vision picture quality
I switched cameras because my previous ones had poor night vision. The video was so dark it was a problem to see what was there. The IR was basically a pinpoint. I am most pleased with this camera.

Excellent Value and product quality
I am very pleased with the feel and sturdy construction. Video and photo quality is very good. I have not taken the camera underwater yet, but the fact if comes with a well built underwater case is a bonus.

Quality is unbeatable. You will not be disappointe
Absolutely top-notch quality. Day and night shots are clear, and the videos are great. This camera will absolutely fulfill most needs. I use them for hunting, and I am astonished at the pics it takes and the videos.

Every bit as good as my GoPro
This camera replaced my old GoPro. It does just about everything as well or better. All of the GoPro accessories are compatible.As I am not a regular user, I appreciate the vastly lower price point.

AWESOME PRODUCT TO WATCH BABY
This product is awesome. The setup was not too complicated. I love that I can watch my baby while I am in a different room. The range of the camera is not too long, but it is just enough. I would recommend this product

PLENTY OF FEATURES
NICE CAMERA, GOOD ACCESS TO FEATURES, LIGHT WEIGHT, I AM STILL LEARNING IT'S FEATURES (I'M 78) BUT I LIKE IT A LOT, THE ONLY FEATURE I HAVE ISSUES WITH IS THE BACK SCREEN IN BRIGHT SUNLIGHT ??

Very happy with supplier
Very happy with supplier. This product is very heavy and plastic camera mount makes me nervous in terms of reliability. Since I am a handheld photographer, I decided to switch to an eVOLV flash on a stand.
